Took my 3 mode out tonight for the first time, basically its high, low, flashing. Basically for the money this light is awesome. I swapped the bar clamp for a lumi can one I had and just added a couple of washers to clear the cable. Im going to put a bit of silicon sealant where the wire goes in also to keep any damp out. The battery pack is great two with a funky little electric blue light and a power meter. How can they do all this for fifty quid????

Have done all that fellas pretty convinced its the damping seals as is bottoming out half way through travel and lockout isnt working at all.

    Cheers

We have had a nespresso machine for 3 years now its great, heats up super quick and makes a great coffee with good crema. I guess the pods do seem a tad expensive but the coffee is really good and compare it to a similar quality coffee in a cafe between 2 & 3 quid and its really cheap. Ours has a milk frother which is ok for the occasionally frothy coffee, but its not like the industrial pipes you see in cafes.

The mail order via internet site is super quick, but not a wiggle style free postage so worth checking out total cost of developing an addictive habit :0)

There is a company now making capsules for nespresso machine thats you can fill yourself, google for them. They are not cheap though and not reusable.

I run a bog standard mtn king on rear and very sticky maxxis high roller on front works really well. I did have a mtn king on front but was terrifying in wet, brill on the rear and cheap as chips. I ride a finch inch travel full suss.

The real question is how does anyone eat that much honey? Could this be a new environmentally friendly bearing lubricant?

I would highly recommend Neilson holidays, we went to Turkey last year to their Ortakent resort and have booked to go to Teos this year. I have to say the Turks were really nice where we were, as with most places if you go to a big noisy resort you are going to get the hawkers, boozers, etc, etc.

Cabbages and Condoms restaurant – gorgeous food and ethically brilliant! Seriously we have been back a couple of times when staying in Bangkok, its a great atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, the last time we were there they had university music students there playing who were amazing and the food is fantastic. Its very popular with locals and tourists. It was set up to fund sexual health services and reduce spread of HIV. Trust me google it!

I had a pair on my hustler and had a number of terrifying front end suddenly sliding out moments at speed. It took me a while to work out it was the tyre. Have replaced with a sticky maxxis tyre much more confidence inspriring. Have left mtn king on the back and feels fine.

go onto money supermarket dot com and see deals with phones 4 u you van never find them on thier own sit but they give you a link. I and the missus have been doing cashback deals for last 3 years no problems, cant beat it for value, you just have to be very organised with sending bills in. They are counting on you stuffing up one bill and whacking you with the lot for 3 years. That said we havent and they text you to say they have recieved your bill. contracts have been with vodaphone

Mate you really are overthinking this, I worked at a wall for years and no way would give a turkey what you used. I cant ever remember anyone even making a comment, use what your happy/feel safe using. Gri Gri's are great if used properly for sport climbing, in the hands of a complete novice they can be dangerous for the climber as rope can pay out very quickly, bit like any other friction device. Basically be vigillant about your belaying, pay attention to the climber, always keep a hand on the dead rope and check each others knots / buckles etc and you will have a great time.

tow bar mounted better than roof ones and you will save in fuel economy what it costs to have the tow bar fitted

I have a Hustler my mate has just got a five, he is a bit bigger than me so its hard for me to say how it rides. However he is very pleased with it and has a set of 140mm bolt through revs on. I have 130mm QR revs on mine. I say they are fairly evenly matched bikes, I would say tyres make the most difference between these bikes. You can set em up quick with fast tyres or more downhill orientated as I have on mine now with stickies.

Mate I totally sympathise with you the tyres on this pram are terrible we had the same endless punctures. Got some schwalbe ones off ebay with high tread pattern these are much better. Additionally google bikescene its a bike shop in middlesborough they have downhill thickness inner tubes for pram sized tyres think they were 7 quid each. Dobnr bother with the slime plastic strips either they just burst your inner tubes at the ends of the strips.

I have had one for a few years now, its built solidy if you are a big fella it should be fine.

I run mine with 130mm revelations but I suspect with longer forks it would be ok also.

Have changed all bearings once, think the guy I bought it off was jet washer mad. No problems since.

I seem to keep up with my mates who have had hecklers, fives, patriot, etc so happy enough, climbs well with pro pedal.

My dad just turned a piece of aluminium bar to very slighty less that the outside diameter of the bearings. You can then whack em out and tap the new ones in.

If anyone needs the tool for knocking the suspension bearings in and out I have an aluminiun tool for doing this that is the same diameter as the bearings. Email me for details cost is 3 power bars for my trouble :0)

Pearl Jam's new one 'backspacer' is really good.

New one from Dove's or on a more chilled note Elbow – Seldom Seen Kid

Or for a bit of retro brilliance Faith No More – from out of nowhere, still amazing.
