Put zeros on my road bike 12 months ago, loads better than one sided road peddles if your a mountain biker used to two sided spds, no more pissing around clipping in!

From my own experience and Im by no means out of the woods yet! Keep a focus on your kids wellbeing but remember to look after your own as well (airplane oxygen mask scenario). Don’t try and make too many big decisions in the early stages, they just end up clouded by grief and anger. Try and focus on getting through the days one at a time, trying to control the bigger picture and the future is unproductive and creates unnecessary stress.

Don’t start seeing your ex as the enemy, your kids and and you will suffer from the fight.

Lean on your friends, the real ones will want to help. I rode and talked a lot with my mates, honest the ruthless piss taking does help :0)

The last and best bit of of Buddhist wisdom i found was ‘Let go or be dragged’. In the earliest stages it helped me a lot.

    Take it easy dude :0)

Hi fella, I really think you need to go and sit on your chosen bike before buying online, they vary in size a lot. I just got a giant tcr 1 composite fro pauls cycles online for an amazing price, I ended up buying a much smaller frame than I would have done had I not gone and sat on one in a shop first.

    Happy hunting

Popped in the other day, picked up cassette, chain and BB for an old Italian frame size that no other local bike shop had as usual great service and a great price! I have been buying stuff on and off for years never had an issue and the lads are always a good laugh! Can only speak from experience.

I have a VW T28 hi top camper our 3& 5 year old sleep in the roof bed. We use the van for weekends away with a kyham awning to dump all the stuff like car seats etc in. Where the van has really been great has been for days out, getting dry and warm and have lunch or dinner on longer days. Any more than a day or so overnighting with bad weather sat in the van and you and the kids will be nuts! Think of it as posh camping :0) We got our van from leisuredrive they are a great set up check their website. The van is really great when you manage to offload the kids and sneak away with you partner or mates biking :0)

I and a mate got the train a few years ago now from Munich then up into the hills in Garmisch hiking for 3 nights wild camping. We had a awesome time was very warm and we had a bonkers thunderstorm each afternoon as well! It’s a beautiful place with amazing mountains and warm lakes to swim in. We only saw a few bikes on the trails as it was before mtn biking really took off but there would have been some great trails.

We had two Germany Shepherds when I was a child the first would play with cats and very gentle dog. The second one consistently fought with other dogs, although was great with people. He would occasionally low growl at strange kids if they grabbed him round the neck but nothing else. The first had an epileptic fit and tried to attack my father, there was no question he was put down. Very distressing but necessary, dogs are animals not people, as much as people try to attach human emotions and characteristics to them they remain an animal in your house. You prioritise your family not your animals its that simple for me, as difficult as that decision might be.

I have been using the 32gb for a while now and it is a really well made piece of kit. It does all the things that you need and will bridge to a blackberry phone if you have one which is great for mobile Internet. Screen and sound quality are good also. Yeah can run software with your pc to run android apps if your up need to.

The native email is okay its certainly no outlook but you can access hotmail, Google etc via browser fine.

The viewer for word xcel and pdf docs is okay also.

There are some nice games on the app store but very limited.

BlackBerry are hanging a lot on bb10 and there new phones later this year. If it’s a successful the playbook has a future if not then it’s gonna have a fairly limited lifespan as software developers focus on the better selling pads.

I think for the price though the 64gb is a steal.
