Having been an unpaid, had to buy two pf30’s in about three months, tester for SRAM I have decided to fit an FSA PF30 bb to my salsa spearfish with a vdrive crank. I did pop the seals off the bearings for a peak. Drive side one has plenty greese in from new and the none drive side has got another seal under the outer one. As the non dive bearing always went first with the SRAM bb this does seem like a good idea, but time will tell. Not sure about road bike ones?

Don’t know about the ‘dodgy’ but it is sooo annoying that sellers do not mark SOLD or make it clear the item is no longer available and that really brings into a grey area of whether that is dodgy or not?

TBH I’ve never seen the stuff and wouldn’t know what it was even if it slapped me in the face. Suppose if was going to slap me, it would have to be an OTB, unless it grows really high.
