I use these for my cap head problems as I tend to just keep the extractor in the damaged hex part.

Mole grips on out side of head or try a serch for boa extractors.I've used them for getting a disc bolt out, you should be able to put one in the damaged head and drill them out slowly that's if the mole grips cant turn it out or the head is domed.

No not frost at the back but at the rear of the chill compartment, but don't move it about too much as it can damage compressor so be careful. Also can you hear the compressor running all the time?

I had a similar problem with a siemens coz the wife over packed it and left the door slightly open which she did several times, so make sure there's plenty of air flow near sensor and the door is closed properly. It there any frost on the rear of the fridge compartment?

I use Neoclarityn Desloratidine but can only get them on perscription and Opticrom Eye Drops are really good and you can get them over the counter. I've suffered with this for 30+ years and have tried the lot but have to say that Desloratidine take the edge off but If the pollen count is high I still suffer

Its common sense don't get any copper slip on the pad surface, if you do get some brake cleaner from Halfords.

Hi take the pads out and try some copper slip on the back of the pad this can help sometimes.
