To set it up use the bash as the outer ring, so yeah you may have to move it down.

There a small lip it fits into, once it's in the lip just fit the hub back in and ease it in with a small crew driver of finger nails(might need female to so that bit) and and can service my maitous and fox forks

Calipers usual seal kit but I had to go and ask hope directly for new diaphragms as I could find them anywhere, but that was last year might be different now.

    Got one with this today

    Plus a few files!

If your handy with a file it is possible to make a washer fit( big one) just file it so that there are two flats opposite and so that its just small enough to fit in the bushing, don't forget to use some stud bar that is long enough to stick out to top of the leg so you can pull the bush out. Remember to measure from the top of the leg to the top of the bush before you take them out.

Just use a plastic tyre lever, takes a bit of practice. I normally put something in between the pistons.

I would take pads out and just pump the pistons out a bit the give em a good squirt with silicone spray lubricant, push them back in and do it again several times that should free the pistons up. Once you have done that give them a bleed and replace the diaphragm on the lever assembly job done.
