Get a hair dryer and warm the tape up this should help in with removal.

I’m sure you can find the torque setting on the intense web site, as for changing the bearings big hammer and a srew driver work well. I personally use a home made press and a touch of loctite retainer when fitting new bearings. If you need pictures of the press to give you some ideas then let me know.

I do the forearm check, elbow on the nose of the saddle and middle finger should be in the middle of the stem cap, works for me.

Not smoked now for 4 1/2 years, feel better and all the money that I would have spent has go on my bikes/equipment, it was probably cheaper smoking TBH but mountain bikes are way more fun.
