Dare I say it but I’m sure Halfords sell them, zip tie is better IMO.

I personally like salsa ones and they do a 30mm. I have a black one that’s 30mm bolt through but in after a QR one in blue.

I use Nuun on most rides as I find water just sits on my stomach.

I’d say the superstar ones are an exact copy, so the roller will proably be the same setup.

You could try hammering in a trox socket and use a bit of heat on it?

I personally have a platinum ring which gets a good polish on a regular basis, but can get tight in warm weather due to swelling and all that is required is some spit to aid lubrication. :wink:
