I went and bought a gravity dropper after badly bruising my undercarriage in April, ripe plumb colour. ;) I would advise getting one with a remote as it’s less faff, plus they are easily serviceabled.

I use the diablo on the medium setting, for me it’s ok. So a Six pack might be too much.

To use the cane creek set up, thought the head tube had to take internal headset cups, if it takes a standard headset then it won’t work me thinks?

What bearing press was it? If it’s the rapid racer I wouldn’t bother with it, just buy the adaptors you need and use some high tensile 8mm bolts and washers.

You could try something like THIS. I failed to remove a bolt from a set of middleburn’s,see picture, the other week and had to hacksaw through them.

Riding like this should sort things out ;)

I normal just measure the sag 20mm on 140 travel forks for me.

Personally I would not buy middleburn, I had to hacksaw through the last one. Think they make them out of cheese.

The adapters shouldn’t move when fixed in the fork so it sound like your bearings. Easy fix.
