I quite like the look/versatility of it, just wondered where you can get it sprayed by the “Chinese outlets” as there’s nothing that I can find, any links would be great.

Interested to hear what you go for Ashy or anyone else who has already fitted a chain device to their trigger. I’ve lost my chain a couple of times so thinking of going for a device, just unsure of what will work.

We used to have loads of them, we got rid by burying milk bottle in their hills. Apparently the noise of the wind blowing over the top of the bottle drives them crazy and they go destroy your neighbours garden instead.

Thanks Jason, I thought I read elsewhere on the thread that it was a GXP but I was confused because the current chainring say 104BCD? Am I just getting confused is there a GXP 104 BCD i thought they were two different things?

Just thinking of going 1×10 on my carbon 2, what chainring type do I need? Any suggestions? thinking of a 32t one and looked at absolute black, works, superstar and race face but just got confused.

Also heard getting the crank off is tough, any suggestions or tips?

I’m thinking of getting some PDW mudguards, just wondered if anyone had seen any good deals, I think they were half price a couple of months ago but seem to have gone back up recently. Anyone using them with lyra’s any issues with fitting?

What have people done about the seat post slipping? Is there any way of keeping the original collar as I really like it but it’s a pain having to adjust the post every ride.

My new toy arrived the other day from freeborn and is a standard build kit.

Just got a few questions having been out for a couple of rides.

I definately need some extra gearing so I’m thinking first of all to go for an ultegra 12-30 cassette, just wondered those that have done it did you have to alter the chain length? I’ve never replaced a cassette before but it seems fairly straightforward any pearls of wisdom or do’s or don’ts?

I’m thinking of going to a dyno light like the one hummerlicious has bought, the Revo, just wondered what hub wheel he’s got and what sort of price i should be looking at. I think the current wheels are pretty awesome though so still unsure??

How are people getting on with the different bar set-ups, I’m thinking of going for either the cowbells or woodchippers, any other suggestions?
