What about having a new front end fabricated? Surely one of the custom shops can do it?

Pob loves my set, he’s 3. Go digital and you can set the power output and have serious race session with the bigger boys once small boys are in bed. We built a set at the project house with a 25sec lap time.. probably at guess 100/150ft of track :-)

Tim P I agree on the variance of quality and you’all get what you ask for we needed no downstands and no columns so a degree of outside the box thinking was needed to achieve it but we’ve got there in the end. As ever needs to be someone you can work with and understand the vision

We are in England, but what struck me on structural calcs was the variance in price.weve put in 7 beams + lintels costs quoted from 1400 – 3500 for the same work. Used a local firm who have been great

They key here is consistency if the distance is in miles then ascend in metres, if the distance in km then ascent in feet. Window openings are 4ftwide by 1200mm etc

Doesn’t really matter, we had a short travel full bounce 26er out today, a steel 29er and a couple of spesh 29er full bouncers. We all had fun

Yep happily live in a house by a river, its about 4 ft away. Its not a problem, but it is a risk. I’d look with a critical eye about how its likely to flood if it does. We’ve been close to flooding out (within about 2ft) but it would have taken much more water to make up the last ft, unless a tree came down the river or similar.

The new place has a waterfall. I likes the water

‘Twas this same place as the spikes? If so I retract my cynicism. Thought it was a follow up to the troutbeck thread..

Was it cleared before the photo? Or do you object to the over groomed trail centre surface?

I do not believe such an emanation could be described as unknowing. You’d know. The feeling of sunny well being and slight light headedness would last for some minutes

I’d be worried about Brian May crapping in my yard. I reckon he musta had quite a face on to get the brown one on the top right out.

I guess it’ll be a flying freehold type situation. Not ‘that’ uncommon but I guess some companies won’t lend on it.

I’d want to know that agreements for maintenance were in place and probably more critically that its got enough sound insulation in it (just in case its a sex dungeon or a drum room)

Does the house make sense without the cellar?

BTW its stressing you because you are not controlling the situation. Once you have a solid plan and its in action the stress will go…

Take a week off, go down to it and take a critical eye. It needs to look smart inside and out. Its human nature, people look after something nice and don’t do the same for something scruffy.

You can paint it in a week, you can make sure the garden looks tip top.

Then either get it rented, or get new photos and back on the market.

We are a bit spoilt in the uk. Second hand cars are very expensive pretty much everywhere else.

Or we have a bizarre belief that if its not less than 4 years old its about to expire. On the continent they seem to priced more in line with their intrinsic value and capacity to fulfill a job as opposed to an arbitrary date on the front.

I have a Gibson Les Paul Gold Top – its noticeably a better instrument in terms of touch and tone compared to my Epiphone even at bedroom levels. It really reacts to the nuances of your playing.

This is both a good and bad thing depending on how well you are playing that day.
