Remember exhausts are hung on the car not bolted up. Take a bit of time to make sure it’s sitting nicely and don’t just waz it on.

I likes the Titan – heavy beast but used it to demolish a 12mtr long 3m tall stone clad wall without it missing a beat.

One that is small enough to fit in the boot :-)

I went a long way with a basic Halfords one, that and a decent set of spanners.

It’s more than six inches, we’ve done it in our refurb. Took out the old slab, then the old Mot base. Dug down 6 additional inches, relayed the Mot, visqueen and then kingspan with pipes on top. Then a fibre screed of 40mm on that. Whole floor is about 18″ thick in total

For what it’s worth our current project was pretty damp. 70’s bungalow empty 6 years. Once we’d dried it out and sorted the odd gutter it was fine.

I wouldn’t touch anything until you’ve got it back to being heated and lived in. One assumes that it was built functional and has remained so (it’s still standing) so get some airflow and heat in it and then see what’s to do

Old man via Dow crag and brown/ buck pike then over swirl how and down the prison band via levers water. That’ll miss most of the hordes if they are out.

On a similar note, is geometry covered by any sort of intellectual property laws or is it legit to just lift someone else’s geometry?

Might be easier just to buy one than to build a replica?

At least it was self inflicted. You wouldn’t want anyone else smashing your Mrs’s back doors in.

It’s a tidy sum. Would the new drive be above the equivalent on sorting the garden/kitchen/bathrooms/sex pond/sauna etc.

Big spud says if the drive is this much then project will be a pretty penny.

I’m having a hot and cold tap installed with a pressure washer. Alongside this is the outdoor shower for me, along from that is the sauna. Not sure why everyone else is going half measures

I’ll say it again just in case you missed it. You need to try the S. We’ve got a cooper S clubby. It’s nice and nippy. With just 120bhp suspect it’ll feel sluggish.
