Just checking in here, it’s starting to feel like a new normal here. Got a case of 48 brew dog AF’s and I’m quite content :-)

At the right price I don’t see a problem. It’s been fixed you’ve got the certs. As long as you are in for a long haul so the next buyer doesn’t have to deal with it as recent history I reckon you’ll be fine.

I’ve got the Sevylor one in the amazon link above. Plug it in first and let the board inflate while I’m getting everything else ready. Then top up to 17PSI with the hand pump. Board is a 12’8″ McConks and takes around 8-10 minutes.

    What he said.

Our kitchen is a sort of shiny dolphin colour. I made the oak detailing myself. The insides are white.

All seems to work by my eye.

Type 4 motors give a bit more. I reckon mines about 25mpg cruising at 55ish. It’s been past 80 and on towards 90. But that needs an empty motorway and the middle lane. Directionally stable they are not. Basically it’s a 50year old commercial vehicle it needs to be driven, but it’s a lot of fun.

Mine is a 77 type 2. 2.0litre type 4 on 40idfs. Circa 85-90 bhp. Not fast but will climb hills.
Converted microbus. Full width rock and roll bed. Propex, Tiny wink and cooker. Bunk over the front seats.

No fridge, we use a cool box, generally use the jetboil for drinks.

Drive away awning is great for more than one night.

Of course having the field grazed by someone else’s stock impinges on the OP’s rights, as he has paid for that grass to be available for consumption by his animals until the end of this month.

Ok so I missed the mowing rights :-) that’s not quite legit. Either way. Don’t be a dick

Looking at the wording.. “Sporting rights and all other uses of the land not inconsistant with the exercise of the tenants rights”

You’ve moved out. Your rights are not impinged by his having sheep on it. If you put the pony back in, then there may be a discussion if there isn’t enough grazing.

Basically he can do what he wants unless it impacts you.

Don’t be a dick. The grass is food for animals. If it’s not eaten it’ll need cutting.
Your animals are not eating it. I strongly suspect your arent planning on mowing it, ergo let the sheep eat it.

I’ve got a Mcconks 14 go further, seems to work for me and the lad. Much more glide than the 10’6” Jobe

Right. From what I see on EBay the cheapest bikes have no dimensions. But the frames which do are reasonably priced.

So is the way forward a donor bike and a new right size frame. Or is bmx a mess of non matching standards too?

I have a couple, a Jobe Yarra and a Mcconks 14. Both are decent kit. The 14 glides better and had room for a 7 year old on the nose with his own paddle.

Beware it’s addictive and very very restful.

Uuni 2s here. Pellets only. Stuff a blow lamp up it to get it going. Once it’s going it’s easy to manage.
Tap the hopper occasionally to clear it and lob pellets in after taking anything out.

You can still get cells from some shops. Do you want the boiled sweet gloss of two pack or the softer edge of cellulose?

I don’t paint but if I did it would be celly. I’d consider brush painting a landie.

What’s the question? I don’t paint but I’ve put a few panels on a car or two.

I think it sounds like a bit of expectation management is in order. I’d consider starting to send in a weekly PSR (project status report) so she can see progress, blockers etc and therefore you’ll not surprise her. I’d also prepare a RAID and run her through it at a meeting. You may not be a PM but in a small firm you have to be adaptable, very little of this stuff is rocket science you’ll just need to adapt.

We have, it’s 4*4 kitchen facing into a 6*4 dining area with French doors out back. Then it attaches to a double height space that’s about 6*5 with the stairs in it.
That said we also have the upstairs lounge as well. It tends to be used for parties and play.

I’ve had a number of Weber’s, currently a kettle, a smokey mountain and a pair of 40idfs in the camper.

They are all well made. I’d happily buy again.

Hard to argue with a vaterra ascender for crawling. Decent servo, 85t motor and some bead locks and it’s a monster.

Perfect walking pace crawler, no speed no damage!

Thanks, whilst people are on, would putting old bathroom tiles in the bottom of the bed to help with drainage be okay?

I did this, but my wife accused me of lacking in the romance department.

I’ve just started digging one out (so to speak) I’ve lifted the turf, what else do I need to do to prep the soil? Just break it up or do I need to add compost?

Human scale diffrient world chair. Love mine. Combined with a nice glass desk from John Lewis but that’s an indulgence. Get your chair right and the rest will follow.

All we’ve got left is a well thumbed copy of the little woods catalog underwear section.

We’re going to need a bigger bush.
