i would go for ultegra if it was me, the main reason being small things like ultegra have better jockey wheels with bearings in rather than just running on a bush etc

coleman is right you need the mavic spacer and the shimano spacer on 10spd and just the mavic one on 9.
if you use a mavic m10 cassette which you can change the spacers on you can make the one cassette run shimano or campag spacing i belive with no spacers

we are up in the midlands, generally the cost of making a new box sash is around 1000 plus VAT, if they are in a bad state it can cost nearly as much to restore them, we have done some in the past that really needed new ones but the customers have wanted them restoring. Once restored and in working order they are great windows. The main downfall of them is people just keep painting them on top of the old paint instead of burning them off. Then they end up painted shut, the paint gets that thick and flakes off or cracks and the water get under it, then it gets the sun on it and they start at rott.
if burnt back and repainted when needed they should last 100 years

I also reserved one at my local Halfrauds when i saw this, went in to collect them earlier only to find that they have changed the stock code so the main computer has them in stock however the branch sold them off under a different stock code, i asked why they were shown as in stock and got the answer well we just havent updated the computer records, and that was from the store manager…

looks like a good deal i have one of them 12v bosch drills and really like it,
however the electric drill is 110v so you would also need a transformer to use it
