Hygienic wall cladding sheets. I had some left over from a job that I used but it’s worth seeing if you have a local supplier as they may have some rejected sheets if scratched or damaged at the ends

As above look for m3 or m4 though bolts that bolt both sides of the handles together.
Do the handles have grub screws into the spindle as using handles that do can help as it puts some of the pull force through onto the oppersite handle rather that the screws

I fitted tee nuts into the ply floor of my van then bolted unistrut to this and fork mounts on it. It means you can adjust the fork mount widths to suit and can also unbolt the rails easily to leave a flat floor

only up to 2006 (i.e. 2 or three years) – anything after is fine, and also never seen a Pathfinder one go, just Navrras – and my 2005 is fine. Another good case of urban myth…

My friends 11 plate cracked there and I know of a 57 and 10 plate that have all gone In the same place so I think after 06 still have the problems

My wife is 5’4″ and was on a small scott scale 910 but did have the seat up a reasonable amount so would go down to a smaller size quite easily.

Most kitchen places should be able to provide an infil panel to go underneath the shorter oven if you can get one in the style/ colour to match.
The other option is an under oven warming draw

We have a freelander that came up with the same message yesterday morning, picking it up tomorrow hopefully sorted after finding a split hose on the turbo.

I didn’t expect them to cover competitions etc. But did think it was odd they said they wouldn’t be able to cover my standard house/contents with bikes at home because I may ride a couple of events a year,

I did question the person that rang me back about it and that’s what he said and went off to check and came back and said they wouldn’t cover me?

Never mind, their loss of business from it and they did however send me a letter saying sorry they couldn’t provide cover for me and send me a free neck warmer to say sorry.

I didn’t want cover for accident damage while racing etc just for theft at home but wouldn’t provide a quote on the basis I might take part in a race or organised event

I recently got a quote off them and they asked if I ever took part in any road races/crits/ track racing or mtb races as if I did they would not cover you even while not competing.
Seems like an odd clause to a company specialising in cycling, I did ask what you could do and was told sportives, timetrials and triathlons..

Is it possible to glue a piece of small dowel or a bit of wood chiseled round in the hole?

We have been using an exposure joystick on there headband mount for the last few years for everything running, dog walking, at the horse yard etc.

Expensive to start one of ours is now 6 years old and still going. The light also sits on the side of your head instead of being directly in front of your sight

My wife joined the local tri club when she entered a half ironman. She went to there swim sessions once a week and went from struggling to do a length in front crawl to doing the full swim in it between January and May.

Might be worth looking to see if there are any clubs local to you and see what sessions they run,

On a 6750 chainset I think any standard 5 bolt 110bcd chainrings will fit. You will need new bolts though and they are not shaped to the cranks but they will fit and work.

I have 42t ta outer on my wife’s cx bikes using them cranks.

Drop me an email if you want a picture.

I might have a new fsa 50t standard ring if needed

I had the same problem on a pair of forks if I remember correct I think I used a carbon expander out of a pair of 1″ steerer carbon forks

Another vote for La Chameau here. My wife’s are still going strong after a few years when the 2 sets of hunters they replaced only lasted 6-8months a set being work to do the horses 2 or 3 times a day

As above it will be through the cis scheme, all Labour payments will have tax deducted then once a self assement has been completed at the end of the tax year once tax and national insurance has been taken from what he has had deducted from his wage will be refunded.
If he doesn’t make £11000 a year it should all be refunded

I would say Le Chameau, my wife’s have more lasted more than double the life of neoprene hunters. And are still going strong. They get worn 2 or 3 times a day to the horses,

I fitted some tee nuts in the plywood floor of my van, then used some uni strut and bolted it down to the floor then used sea sucker fork mounts on it and some other 9mm qr mounts bolted to it.
The mounts can then be slid side to side on the uni strut to allow for different width bars or road bikes and the whole lot can but took out using 2 Allen bolts in about 30 seconds leaving a flat floor

I found I had to log in to crc first before I added the code. If I added it first it used it then wouldn’t work once logged in

Ours are hung up on hangers which are straight with clips on each end, I think they are for trousers etc but we just hook the shoulder straps over each end

My wife is using Le Chameau’s now.
Current pair is 18 months old and still going strong where the neoprene hunters were only lasting about 8-10 months

Can you undo the overflow on the bath and let the back plate drop down, re connect the pipe and use the pipe to poke it back up behind the bath and do it back up?

Our Labrador has gone blind at the age of 6. They cope a lot better than you think they will, she still does everything she did before with us you just have to watch where you put thing’s down around the house where she doesn’t expect them to be.

I would go for 2 coats on the base tape and at least 1 on the rim dried before putting a layer on the rim and putting the tub on.

I have never seen a pre glued tub either

Should be fine although you will need a spacer behind the cassette which usually comes with new wheels
