my sons got long covid from March it was mainly fatigue and breathlesness, but i have noticed he catches every cold and bug around and although his chest has improved he still has bouts of fatigue and his blood tests have been ok as well. i dont think anyone really knows the answers as to how long this can last as its a new virus.

6 weeks for me i moved it and exercised it lightly right from the start.it was ok after 6 weeks but not properly strong for a few weeks more.but i had a fitness test in work on the 6th week and managed 50 press ups my record was 82 in aminute.
it looked odd for at least a year like i had a coat hanger left in my shirt.

know something about the company.act sensible, professional and enthusiastic.its the first impression that counts.
dont rush if there is water offered take a sip and a deep breath it will give you time to think up an answer.
there are basic competencies all employees will look for so anticipate answers for leadership qualities decision making tackling diversity being able to work alone unsupervised ability to listen and evaluate information and what can you offer them and like wise.
go for as many interviews as you can if you fail you still learn from each experience.then one day it will all come together.good luck.

the bushings are the bits you see where your fork enters the bottoms.try mojo suspension they stock them their about £15 get some new seals and crush washers and oil and give it a go yourself.its not dificult unless you got the fit version in that case i would leave it to tf as their a bit complex

we have a similar problem at our local wood tyn y coed someone puts logs and boulders accross the trail often at the bottom of some very steep decents.someone will have a serious accident one day.
report it to the police so they can monitor it.
as for dna its £600 a hit so the police wont pay for it unless someone gets hurt.

there is a possible offence of allowing a dog to be dangerously out of control in a public place.however it was dog on dog and case law suggests that dogs will fight other dogs or chase small animals like cats etc.
saying that if the dog wasnt on a lead the owner wasnt in control of it and its a case of whether it was out of control it doesnt have to bite to be dangerous.
the cps are not keen on cases like this and are not likely to run them.the police should still have spoken to the owner.as for dogs on foot paths i am not familiar if they are allowed i presume so.
any guard dogs do have to be either chained or in control of someone and there must be signs as you rightfuly said.

i also have both i think i prefer my steel ns society its got better geometry and just feels right.its also 5.5 lbs if it was as light as my aluminium frame 3.6 i would just have the steel one.saying that ive just put a deposit on an mm bop aluminium frame, mainly as ive been so impressed by my friends titanium version.
titanium would be my preference best of both worlds but out of my price bracket.
if you get a sorted geometry you will enjoy your bike whatever its made from some bikes just feel right.

its the same geometry as on one bikes so if you like on one youll like the society.its stable at speed and just what a weekend warrior looks for in a frame i love mine.can be built to around 28lb the frame is about 5lb so its not an xc frame.the paint lasts well and you get some for touching up which comes with the frame and a seat qr so a good deal

i was trying to think of his name the other day.shame i loved the series when i was a kid.nearly killed my cousin emulating him,we were throwing his dads bamboo canes when one was heading straight for his face he turned side ways and it went straight in his ear which started bleeding i can remember running into the house shouting and crying ive killed ian.
he survived but still has a perforated eardrum.
i did some martial arts later in life but stick to the mountain biking and fishing these days.though i still belt the hell out of the punch bag down the gym when ive had a bad day at work cant kick so high these days but can still manage a good spinning back kick when the mood takes me.

when there is unemployment and recession people look to blame someone immigrants and ethnic minorities usually suffer. people are fuelled by what they read in newspapers when the facts and reality are generally disproving.
i think we should cut immigration and adopt a policy similar to australia, however i firmly believe we have the best country in the world.
as for british national party whats british these days we have become so cosmipolitan and if you look at the history of britain were made up of half of europe.
plus i think skin heads look silly lol
