I regularly come across this problem.. easy solution is a small rawl plug, usually yellow in colour.

Im a builder and get certain materials from bq.. get your trade card first. plasterboard, plaster, cement. the builders merchants cant compare..
Timber from an independant. bq and the merchants generally dont match up unless you have a good profile built up. for blocks etc, us ethe merchants but play them off against each other. Happy building.

close it off at the caliper after pushing the fluid through.. leave the system open at the lever end for as long as possible. make sure the cable lever etc is flowing upwards bottom to top, for air bubbles to escape.

Bear in mind yeti importers are a little sh~t for warranty, and yetis do have a tendancy to crack if you ride hard.

Like pepole say start real slow. Years of biking changes your physiology to suit biking. favouring (developing) biking muscles over walking muscles. it can be harder for a cyclist to start running to a couch potato. as the poster says, aches and pains for days. Again take it slow, and keep at it.

Juicy 3s are great brakes. ignore what the nay sayers, err say.

There is an issue with the odd new avid brake. leaking levers, poorly bled.but these are easily remedied, as are all other problems. The hoses are also poor quality in my opinion, and should be replaced for more power and feel.

Im a bit tired of people saying one brake is better than another. 90% of the time its just cos they aint set up right, or maintained correctly. for sure some are easier to change pads, or set pad distance, or lever distance etc. But learn your brakes, or get a decent lbs, and most brakes are comparable.

you can also give the spokes a tap with something like a chisel with a ground flat end, where they lie across the outside of the hub flanges. its hard to say how much , abit but not to much, you want them to flatten out a bit.

If your runniong wide on corners. It sounds like it is simply technique deficit. slow down going into them. or improve your cornering style. i run wide often, usually going to fast.

If your using organic pads, its very important to bed them in by getting them warmed up. if you go out in a wet gritty ride straight away, they could wear out in a few days. Sintered are less of a problem, just ride them in.Kevlar, and sintered organic mixes, im not sure as i aint used em.

Take off your rim tape, and have a look if the spokes are sticking through the nipples, or are buried down inside. they should be about flush.

both, if installed correctly will do the same job. as said plastic draws in air. but it takes all of a minute to bleed a rad. im a plumber and have seen no plastic failiures yet. i have seen any anmount of copper pipe/joint leaks.

I use the skins tops, and leggings. I can honestly say their one of the best things ive aquired. they wick v well, keep your whole body at a steady temp, and do seem to help with recovery. only downside is their expensive. but regardless fully reccomended.

You can do a repair to the cable. The by the book way is to do an enclosed, crimped connection.

A stud finder will be helpful when taking the plasterboard off, so you can take out a neat section of board then replace it, then fill the joints.. BOSH job done

I just use any old fork oil in the lowers, cos its just lubrication. And 3 in 1 from the pound shop wiped on the uppers before rides. never had a problem with wear, and super smooth.

What your using is a core bit.. so you dont need a pilot.. the best way is to use the 35mm core bit to drill a bit of hardboard out(6mm plus), then hold the hardboard over where you drilling , and this will hold the core bit in place.best on the flat so you can add water. but on the vertical use a wet sponge to keep a stream of water over the cutter to keep it cool. and probs Drill slower than usual.. If the tiles are softer, cooling wont be needed.

are you sure the one thats still working isnt on the down stairs ring. thats all i can think of at the moment. maybe one of the upstairs ring terminals at the box aint tightened properly, or the mcb is ****. have seen that a couple of times. try wobbling the trip switch about a bit and flicking it on and off.

oh yes and obviously be careful if you go into the consumer unit
