A very good and dear friend of the family, his best mate owned a bike shop, real old school. From about 10 years old until 17 (which was my last one, as our friend sadly passed away and the bike shop owner had retired).

I had a new bike every year, mixture of bmx, road, grifter, chopper, you name it…I didn’t get into MTB until I was 19. Had a scare on a road bike and decided to try MTB. Never looked back…..

Still have a road bike, but not the same and it hardly gets used…

Or just remove the side panel on the tower and have a look inside. But be aware of warranty, as it can be voided by removing a panel.

If you are using Windows, there is the facility to show a list of hardware installed.

There are a few sites that can scan your PC’s hardware to identify what sound spec you have….just do a search..

Then once you have identified the sound hardware just download and re-install the drivers.

I paid 490 quid for root canal treatment (private). As my dentist was struggling with the position of the tooth and I was referred to someone private.

Then the NHS quoted just under 200 quid for the crown which will be done shortly…

Or you could try re-installing the sound drivers ?

Its a shame really, as the superlites are really nice shorts, just let down by the crappy waistline…

jimmer himself ….my superlites omly have the stupied useless pull cord/lace on them.

I bought a rogue 3 months ago, I love it. I had been using a mule/hawg on on previous rides.

But the rogue is just right fo local stuff, I use it quite a lot and it holds just enough gear, tube, pump, tools, waterproof and other bits and pieces…

Some cheaper laptops have poor build standards, but I never spend over 400 quid on a laptop and the ones I have used over the years have been fine.

I have also purchased lots of laptops for both clients and friends. Usually Acer or Toshiba. Celeron processors are ones to avoid IME.

I have just bought a 26in LCD from Argos for just over 200 quid.

I have one, its good for a back up jacket as its so light and packs down very small.

I carry one on short/local rides as an emergency jacket for that ‘just in case’ moment. I would not rely on it as a full on waterproof.

Breathability wise its ok, does get a bit sweaty.

I paid 29 quid for mine, bargain.

I can only ride in the morning, got to be somewhere @ 1.30pm.

I have been taking a mixture of vitamins in the run up to xmas and new year, plus I have switched over to green tea…..touch wood, I have managed to escape it all……but then I could just be lucky?

Had a few people tell me to switch over to green tea.

Rest is usually a good option, take a week or so off from exercise…
