WCA, bit bias as I'm a physio. Accupunture may make you feel better, but at the end of the day you probably have two naff shoulders that need some serious stabilisation to prevent it happening again. I like to think most physio's are holistic as we do chiropractor type manipulations-if needed, accupucture-if needed and proper rehab based treatment. I'm a big biker/ski-ier and had more than my fair share of stacks, including knackered shoulder. Shoulders need some hard work to get them back to full strength. Full range of moment may be quick, but proper strengthening takes a load a time.
Get a decent physio and take time with rehab. Private may cost more, but make sure they are worth it, otherwise NHS you could get an 20 year qualified physio for free! Good luck

No, sorry you may need to go to the 'configure' box once in 'Network' You should be able to configure everything once you have your IP address etc. To be honest Macs are usually far better than Windows stuff for ease of use. try the above, could also try turning off your router, leave 30secs or so, then turn it on with your Mac turned on. See if it then registers it.

If the above doesn't work try 'Network' via 'system preferences' in the drop down to the Apple logo on the top left of the screen.Or, try right click on the signal strength icon (top right)

No idea of the weight, but its light enough for everything XC, climbs like a demon and its a hoon downhill. Live in Sheff and can throw it round downhill, Cwmcarm downhill/ Wharncliffe etc. I've only ridden multiple pivots, had a Spesh before. Ridden a 5 and to be honest I am just used to multi pivot so didn't love it as much as mates with Oranges. Its a great bike, I know people bitch about thin tubing etc, but its got a life time warranty so who gives a fig?
