Yes, they should just go smash, rape and pillage other cultures instead.

My intention was not to humour him, but to send a load of texts to annoy him to the point he had enough of it and he would switch it off.

Or just laugh at your inferior technical knowledge and block your texts whilst continuing to dick about on his phone.

if you do it right, you could even make money…

“Some batteries start smoking, others burst into flames,” he said. “The crucial thing in this instance is to make sure the neighboring cells are not damaged by the fire and heat. Otherwise, there is the risk of a chain reaction.”

    I’ll pass thanks.

We won’t be poor. There will be enough money if it is spent properly.

There may well be less money in the pot after independence. This could be for 5 years or for 500 years. It doesn’t really matter to me or to many others, there will be enough. What does matter is how and where that money is spent. Under independence 100% of it will be controlled by the Scottish government. If one particular government **** that up, it will be easier to replace them with another than it is currently where we do not have control over 100%.

It’s not a difficult concept and a very easy choice for me.

And how would you rectify Londons dominance, do you think it has been done on purpose or because of Londons geographical position as being not only the capital but close in terms of trade links to mainland Europe?

Of course it’s been done on purpose! Jesus Christ, have you just landed here from another planet?

Everything looks ok but t-shirts and hoodies are of no interest to me. However the shirt you mention in the OP might but you don’t have that in the shop even though you have done all the groundwork?

Every government has failures. The Scottish government has them now and will have them in future whether independent or not regardless of what party is in power. Unless you can show me a flawless government then it has nothing to do with the independence question.

The midgies in Argyll over the weekend there were the worst I’ve seen in many a year but even at that they only bothered me for a short while as I was footering about at the car. They are easy to outpace and a small breeze keeps them away. Most of the time it’s only early morning and evening they are active as they don’t like the sun during the day. To put off visiting a place because of them is a bit daft.

To hell with that. I’d look at becoming an electrician instead and do what ever it takes to get into the testing and commissioning side of site work after you’ve served your time.

I’m surprised they are that high. I have only bought one magazine in at least 2 years and it had the same old recycled articles and 2/3rds adverts as before. Everything you need is available online, easy to access and free at that.

Buy some small Lego kits and break the attendees up into teams. See which team builds the kit the fastest. Only takes a few mins and everyone likes Lego.

Everyone is snapping their chain on purpose and hoping to get a good run down. After they seen all the attention gwin got a couple years ago, they are after a bit of the same.

Ok not really, but for punctures I heard that the 29er guys are not using the heavier DH casings but instead using the lighter folding tyres to save a bit of weight.

What happened to the posts from the guy who seemed to imply he had some insider knowledge and it was in fact the male customer that was out of order? If there is more to this story then let’s get it posted, love threads like these.

It’s not my experience that these type of trails are more treacherous in winter either. In fact I find they hold less water which means less ice than the worn out eroded trails where water pools more.

Yep, STW finest purveyors of the last form of acceptable racism.

Edit:They should have included that tagline in their latest fundraising post. Could have got some nice new subscribers coming in on the back of it.

Which jet, he has a few? There are some amount of nutters in the US. Then again most religous organisations are loaded and get their money from the gullible, he’s just went down the privateer route.

I’d be keen to know why you think it looks like a decent job, because you’re the first rider I’ve heard say that.

Because I’ve walked and ridden a lot of different paths and for some places which suffer from over use and erosion it’s a good way to fix it and it lasts a lot longer than some of the other methods.

Ironically, there is one particular section where the trail has widened over time, because people are avoiding walking on existing stone work.

That’s the problem there. People DGAF and it’s always someone elses problem to sort out.

Your OP was lacking in any sort of background info, if you’re looking for people to support a cause then it’s better to provide some basic details.

As far as I am aware there doesn’t seem to be any attempt by gypsies to improve their image. I assume they quite like their “nobody likes us and we don’t care”status.

I take gypsies and travellers to mean two separate groups of people.

Is it OK to find camp behaviour a bit annoying?

No it’s not OK. You should find it **** annoying, not a bit annoying.

I for one am yet to come across a group of travellers who leave an occupied site as they found it, Has anyone else?.

Depends on what makes a group but I know a couple of families who mostly keep to themselves and travel between a handful of regular sites, they cause zero issues for anybody. No idea what the split is between decent people and bawbags within the overall travelling population but I know you won’t likely ever run into these families I know due to the way they live so I wonder how many others like them are still on the go.

The other travellers I know own their own site (and house on it also) as well as their own very successful company. If you ran into these people day to day you’d not know they were travellers, but they do hit the road for work and live on sites whilst working. Never seen or heard of any issues with them.

I don’t personally know any of the bawbag types but encountered plenty of them before.

I still know nothing about salsa as a company and don’t care. I think its a us company – is that right?

Not quite they are based in Jersey for tax purposes. You must have heard of them before considering their owners are one of the main Tory donators and were quite vocal during the EU ref as vote leave campaigners?

I think it just means its too late to buy them online due to posting or whatever. I’ve never seen the event sold out, every year thousands of people turn up who buy them on way in.

You couldn’t just round them all up and try and convict them. Would never get through court.

Is there still a law in England where you can get done for the crime by being there and involved with the people who done it? I remember some controversy surrounding it a few years ago as youths were getting done for murder etc when they weren’t the ones doing the stabbing or beating etc.

I don’t envy them, it must be really rough watching something you’ve built up slowly die away. I don’t really like the mag content, it’s not my thing and for news and reviews etc other sites do it bigger, better and usually sooner. Even if they had a dedicated fundraiser for the forum, without the younger generations signing up (which I assume they won’t as there are more modern apps aimed at them than you can shake a stick at), it has a limited amount of life left in it. Think they have missed the boat in terms of keeping up with the way things are going.
