Saturday stayed in bed until midday with my new GF 8) Then in the afternoon took my daughter to a play warehouse.

Sunday was a nice long walk on the seafront with my daughter, girlfriend and her Basset Hound, ice creams , bouncy castles and sand pits were enjoyed, in the evening I cooked a very nice pasta dish which I was rather chuffed with.

Well I’ve just started dating again I had 3 dates with a woman last week, didn’t take a thing to any of them, 4th date She made dinner so I took wine, flowers just aren’t my style.

We are now in a relationship 8)

So I guess what I’m saying is do what works for you, but IMO flowers are a tad cheesy.

I recently went from 0 running miles in 30 odd years to just under 5 miles 3 times a week in 3 months, the first month was pain hell but I came through it although I do get the odd hip twinge, one thing that surprised me (although I guess it shouldn’t have) was my aerobic fitness, cycling for 10+ years really showed itself there.

Start of running and walking for a couple of miles expect some discomfort, buy some ibuleve gel, and rest between runs, you should come through it although you may be lucky and not experience any pain.

About Sept of this year I found a photo of my wife and daughter taken by the man my wife was having an affair ‘friendship’ with, the photo was taken in his back garden.

The result was not pretty and I was arrested, it went to the CPC but they didn’t pursue it.

I have a brilliant NHS dentist who would charge you £49 inclusive of both’ unless you want white fillings then they are £59 each.

I’ve just spent £400+ on my mouth, part of which was old grey fillings taken out and white ones in their place, well worth it.

I am angry, depressed, and becoming paranoid, which I have never ever been. I find myself freaking out every time she gets a text or email or spends time at the gym or with friends. I’m drinking lots and not eating, and have started smoking again. I’ve lost 2 stone in weight. This isn’t the real me, she is destroying me. Part of me wants her to suffer but I still love her deeply and want things to go back to normal

I could have written that, I feel your pain I had to live with my wife for 3 months after she ended the marriage it was a very toxic situation I also knew she was having a ‘friendship’ with another man, it was truly awful.
