The Barbour fixation is a strange one though – they are well made, but not really worth £200 are they?

Well made? Having gone through 2 Barbour Sapper jackets in 3 months last year that is not my experience, plus their sizing is all over the place.

Same here, I love running now so the bikes don’t get touched, the road bike will be up for sale soon, I’ll keep the MTB for pootles with my GF but that’s pretty much it for me cyclingwise now, I don’t miss the faff and expense one little bit.

Bit of a shame really though, as I’ve just moved near to the Quantocks!

Yep all but 2, a couple were tooth reconstructions as well, they look great and and make smiling a bit better for the recipient.

Don’t get it and I love running, that said I don’t get the way people treat cycling as a religion and/or spiritual experience on here either.

The market we’re look it is doctors practices and from experience they want the service but aren’t willing to pay for it themselves

Most if not all service businesses are a highly competitive market, your clients will (should) know this and will more than likely come in with a very low figure, especially if they know you are a start up.

As above look at your competitors first.

Riding on them will probably do it, it gets the sealant in every nook and cranny.

go and be in love with someone else. your probably just being lazy because you think the whole ‘getting to know and falling in love’ bit is going to be difficult and laborious so your reminiscing about someone who you have got past that with, (that was me anyway) but ill tell you a secret……..

My opinion FWIW, I wouldn’t start off in barefoot shoes I know I was bloody glad of the cush from my stability shoes when I started.

What I was really getting at was how on earth to some cyclist have legs like bodybuilders when its clear they dont consume food like them. It defies the whole bodybuilding industry consensus regarding protein and muscle building.
