Super, super good rider, to get over some of the mountains on the tour this year and win the sprint at the end chapeau. The up hill sprint stage victor, one of the best i've seen.

Thor taught him a valuble lesson on his lone break away this year, he realised he needs to up his game.

He WILL be one of the best tour riders we have ever had when he gets a bit more maturity.

Anyone finishing a stage of any tour and then gets a microphone thrush in their face straight after will often say something straight from the heart.

    Eating's cheating.

Anyway the ride's still on, going to try and stick mainly off road as most of my time is spent on a road bike anyway, and need a break.

“SIS go usually upsets most peoples stomach’s, I would get a sachet first”

Pardon my french but what a load of crap! where did you dig that up from? I don’t know anyone that’s had an upset stomach from GO.

    Bon jour,

At least a dozen people I race with complain about GO. Rego is the nuts and so are the gels and PSP etc. Most SIS things are great.

If you mix a little GO with PSP you get carbs and electrolytes which is OK but GO by itself is grim.

1)Till you snap your spanner and tw4t your hand on the frame or floor or both.

    2) Repeat 1) on the other side with a new spanner and use the same broken hand as it would be more re-assuring for ME.

The game is 60 in a minute, one a second (for those of you who are “hard of thinking” LOL) Took a few weeks to do, but its do-able.

Gives you the strength and cardio at the same time.

If you can manage it its a superb game to wind your mates up and get some money out of them in a bet, just practise in secret till you can do it, then drop the “bomb” 8)

    Mr A,

I total agree with you, he should go and see a doctor as i said in my previous post.

As for “uretha”, i have know this artist for ages, I love all her records especially the duet with George Michael.

Anyway you mentioned a new word to me “bellend”, and on that note back to you.

So Mr Agreeable if I used the correct word in the right context would you trust me, come on you can trust a doctor, can’t you.

The urethra has an excretory function in both sexes to pass urine to the outside, and also a reproductive function in the male, as a passage for semen.

Oh BTW oldgit, go and see you local health worker or gp, they love sticking plastic tubes up your “wee pipe” to see if it stings :P

Just sounds like a hard training session if you puke up, no worries.

If your weeing blood, you could have ruptured or just slightly damaged your “wee pipe” behind your balls (no technical jargon here), due to either banging it on the saddle or hitting a pot hole or hanging over the bars and putting extra pressure on the area.

It may sting when you wee, all you can do is rest and not put pressure on it, ie ride your bike.

It has happened to me and I payed no advise to the Dr. and carried on riding for the next 4 days and was OK.

    Trout,

Can you keep me in the loop when you new light arrives, would love one of them for the winter. Im sure it will better than my Hope “ONE” which in all fairness has coped very well on my road bike and off road on my MTB. jasontonge2000(at) yahoo (Dot) com

I shave mine, had two serious gravel rashs (Dark Side Crashes)last season and having shaved legs helps loads in the healing process.

Also makes em look “ripped to death” with a nice coating of baby oil!!!!!

I would defo be intrested in buying a “Trout” light, I like the sound of this guy and his setup, small, personal and helping people who love the sport and are sick of being ripped off by corporate brands.

Bit of a Naive question, I know nothing about Trout lights (MK1) and lumens etc, Im from the “Darkside” and pile in the winter miles at night on the road and use a Hope “ONE”, I also MTB 2 times a week as well at night and this light is fairly good for this as well.

Who does this Hope light compare to the Trout (Hope light costs me £ 80 + batteries and has been very reliable) Cheers.

Although Cav needs alot more style and coolness before he can even polish Chippo’s cleats.
