Charity didn’t want ours, tried to donate it to youth club etc. ended up on free cycle and someone collected it a few days later. The council tip had loads, the staff said most usually work they had a 37″ in the porta-cabin staff room.

Paramedic friend told me they don’t search for them straight away first priority is to help you. In hospital they might and to keep a card in wallet as its most likely to be kept with you. Helmets can get damaged and often not removed at scene of an accident.

Those commenting on his weight should be aware of his struggles with eating disorders in the past. It’s surprising what some people seemed to be expecting from a first pro fight. Good luck to him.

Pubs, anything in the brunning and price chain: harkers, grosvenor arms etc…
    Restaurants: convivio, grosvenor, Joseph Benjamin

The Red House is highly overrated and priced.

I have some Sennhieser in earphones from Richer Sounds, they were about £15 (I gave up buying expensive ones after a lost pair and breaking the cable off another, I’m too clumsy) nephew had some in ear £40 beats with his birthday money (hes 9) The beats were more base heavy but I couldn’t hear much else. He informed me mine weren’t cool and people walking past wouldn’t be able to hear them he used words like ‘sick’ and ‘ill’ to describe his and ‘grandad-face’ for mine. I don’t think sound quality is an issue to the target market.

Built my GF a bike up using a Giant STP frame in mint green, white stem, bars cables, fork and grips. My old XTR gears and some pink rotorsand saddle, it looks cool. Only cost me £200 from my parts bin and buying second hand. Now she’s more into MTB I’m thinking of buying her a ‘proper’ bike and making this one into a little jump bike for myself.

I have had anxiety since I was a teen, and had at breakdown at 27 with a diagnosis saying I also had depression. I treated it with CBT and medication, group sessions and exercise. This year (now 31) I came off my bike and messed my leg up, I couldn’t ride or box for a month or so and I felt like absolute shit, doctor sent me for counselling again and I recognised the signs I was becoming depressed as a result of not exercising. My anxiety levels were getting high and I wasn’t leaving the house, just lying in bed waiting for the constant fear to pass or I got so worried I passed out. Built myself back up mentally and keep that anxiety locked away with my cycling and boxing. I don’t know if that info is of any help but think there may be some relevance so posted.

Good luck with your studies OP.

Tyrannosaur, best film I’ve seen in ages. Gritty, very well acted and thought provoking.

My sister has 3 labs, choc, black and yellow. The yellow is by far the thickest but seems the most happy creature on earth. I was walking with him in a wood when he ran into a tree, stopped looked at the tree, then ran into it again before deciding to walk round it. Lovely dogs though.

Have you tried it yourself when cold and warm and seen how bad the difference is? Might be something as simple as the gear shift linkage or reverse detent needing some lubrication?

This ^ we had similar issue in our MR2. Gear linkages cleaned and greased problem gone.

Thanks Cougar, PC World won’t lend me one and I don’t have time to argue with them so I have borrowed one. Samsung said ‘yeah loads of that model go in sleep mode for no reason and won’t wake up we just put new boards in and post them back out’

Find your local Johnstones trade centre. I always use Johnstones trade and have recently decorated our new extension with good results. Make sure you get trade paint as generally has a much higher solids (colour) content. With paint you definitely get what you pay for. Oh, don’t skimp on the brushes either, Purdy are my favourites.

+1 for this, some are leyland. The painter and decorator I know sent me there and they were really helpful. I was given half a tin of Farrow & Ball paint and they matched the colour with a really nice paint we got loads of coverage from. We did the whole house and they sorted out paint for kitchen units, bathrooms, and exterior. Saved loads going there and would def recommend.

Wow that 28DL sites amazing. I used to go to the snooker club in Stafford at a weekend, amazing to see it inside now. Remember the house rules really well. Great site.

Didn’t want to upgrade this year so O2 offered me £10.50 a month plus VAT for unlimited texts, 10 hours of calls and 500 meg data (I usually use wifi) 12 month contract but can drop out if I take an upgrade with them.

I used MrSite it was quick and simple and the support has been fantastic from them. If its just for an Internet presence it is a good drop and drag package.

Jesus Chris could you be any more random? You just churn out random statements one after another. This thread started as a discussion on whether an FN Civic Type R is a decent car. You’re now justifying why you bought a C1 (hateful) and that you’ll ‘drive anything’. What the hell are you on about man?

This ^ Hora did you own a Type-R? I’m confused? By revisit do you mean test drive at a garage after seeing one on TV? And what was that earlier stuff about marketing/heritage down the side of a car all about?

Someone else wrote off your MX5 and you bought a C1?

Finally got to test drive a FN2 with all the trimmings yesterday and I loved it.
I’m used to driving turbo cars and I found it fairly strange went the “thump” of the turbo never arrived, but when I looked at the speedo, it was going way faster then it felt.
I think I’m going to take the plunge, your only young once hey?
Anyone one want to buy a nice T5 ?

My mates got one its a lovely car, I looked at the previous shape and really liked it. Some people who read too many magazines complain about the ‘steering feel’ turning in at low speed but I’ve not met anyone who has owned one who found this an issue. I spoke to a few owners when looking most have gone on to buy another.

It wasn’t a “hoax” it was a hoax. Paul Merton keeps having to answer questions about it.
    POSTED 8 HOURS AGO #

I said ‘hoax’ rather than hoax not as I believe the script may have had some inside knowledge rather i consider a hoax to be something light hearted and did not know if was the correct word to use. That is all.

We get our puppy in 2 weeks 🙂 we have bought a cage after speaking to people we know and trainers etc.. We were planning on keeping a blanket in the cage then eventually removing the cage but keeping the blanket in the same place. Would this work?

My house has a single skin garage with no DPC it’s awful for damp and mould already this year. It’s was pre existing when we brought the house this year but plans are to do a proper build next year. It’s a shame that the build wasn’t done well in the first place but there you go.

My dads a retired builder, started as a carpenter retired with a property development company. I showed to him this thread and he echoed the advice you have been given by those in the trade on here. Getting a simple build like this right shouldn’t be this difficult.

sorry, having connection problems. These two are ‘quicker’ drawings however i go as far as photorealism dependant on budget. This style is the most popular due to cost and time. These have been taken and uploaded off my iphone as i cant get my laptop to connect to the wifi tonight 🙁 they look much better in real life… honest

I’m a freelance artist and illustrator. I do anything from storyboards for adverts/films/music videos, portraits, illustrations to graphics. I can copy things accurately by hand and have been employed by men in black suits to forge diary entries, signatures and note books, I kid you not.

although the sports pursuit site is very tempting, but there has to be a reason why there are jackets half price, tnf seem to sell out left right and centre and never have old stock about.

TNF have their own outlets full of older stock. There’s one on Cheshire Oaks.

I like the vintage/heritage look that’s on trend.

You bought a dog because it looks ‘on trend’?
