According to my orange bill I’ve used 671mb this month so far and still have around 7 days left till next bill date! Got unlimited though so not really a problem! Watch Sky go quite a bit!

I can’t eat much more than a piece of toast or a banana before I ride, if I’m going to have anything substantial I make sure I eat 3-4 hours before I ride otherwise I end up with trail pizza! I can eat at work though so can just work out when I need to eat and have my food accordingly! I work shifts so this is not a problem I come across often though.

My job doesn’t allow me a break at all, but saying that i’m probably not working more than I am working most of the time, so I generally have enough time to eat/go to the toilet/make a drink etc without too much bother. There are exceptions to this but only when the job goes tits up (signalman Network Rail)

We crated our pug and boxer from the first day we had them (9 weeks), dogs do not like soiling near there beds and it helps when your toilet training! Stopped using the crates when about 12 months old and never had any problems at all, mind you winnie (pug) likes to sit on the top of the sofa looking out of the window watching the world go by if we do go out!

Pugs love company, human or canine, thinking about getting another pug now we don’t have our boxer anymore!

Bought a Forme vision road bike from wheelies (eBay shop) came really quickly, and no probs what so ever!

Herman, run the bepanthen under hot water before applying, thins it out quite nicely! Got full sleeve on right arm and about 2/3’s of left arm done, worse bit for me was elbow area and inner elbow bit, and some bits around wrist, imagine cat digging it’s claws in! Pinches a bit around the armpit too!! The rest was relatively pain free!

Been up and down castle hill today Zippy, quite a few walkers on there today which I found out to my cost when I slammed into my mate who’d stopped for said walkers :-(
