Did 3000 in one (golden arch based) meal once.

On my way to work for a 12 hour night shift I picked up 2 quarter pounders, 20 nuggets and large fries, then went next door to subway and got a 12″ cheese steak and 6″ Italian BMT with the intention of spreading it out over the night.. (I had been out riding in the morning and hadn’t eaten since the ride)
I’m quite embarrassed by the fact that I ate everything at once, all washed down with a diet coke..

Made myself a 600 calorie meal last night, made me realise I probably eat around a 1500-1800 calorie meal just for my tea.. :(

Pug owner here, Winnie is nearly 9 now, never been an ounce of bother, but is a bit needy.. proper lapdog, dont even noticed she’s jumped up half of the time. Snores like mad though, can’t have her on the bed with us!
The black ones seem to be a little bit more mental from my experience..

Never say hello, it’s absolute nonsense. Are we supposed to say hello to every pedestrian when we are walking

Erm.. yeah? I generally say “Hello”, “Morning” or whatever to folk when I’m out walking too.

    Civilised ain’t it?

    Yup me too..

But both of those would probably have resulted in more delay, unless the driver was a bit naughty..

Whatever it was it didnt delay the train long enough to generate a delay.. 2 mins is the threshold normally..

I had a great week on jury duty, showed work the letter to say I would be off all week. Turned up on Monday morning and sent home at 11am; went out on bike. Phoned that evening to find not required again until Wed so spent Tuesday on the bike. Turned up on Wednesday morning and sent home at 11am; went out on bike. Phoned that evening to find not required again so spent rest of the week on the bike. Awesomez.

Been twice in the last 3 years, so so much for being picked at random, didn’t have to do the second one but enjoyed the first one so much I really didn’t mind.. Think I only had 4 days in court in the 4 weeks, and got a fair chunk of loss of earnings back too seeing as I couldn’t go into work..
