I’ve been using a binder clip for over a year now. They come in a variety of sizes, but the one I found lying around at work fits 6 cards, and a couple of notes if needed. Takes a few minutes to get used to getting cards in and out without having to take them all out but I’ve got no issues now.

I used SIS rego for a while which definitely stopped the aches, but I’m using Barretts whey protein with 400ml of milk now, which is cheaper and works just as well.

I went to Bulgaria last year and paid £600 for everything. Food was incredible, ski area is not massive but easily enough, if you think you need 300km of piste you are lying to yourself.

I rode flats always on MTB. Then I switched to SPDs recently and I’m riding so much better.

I think people are right though, learn on flats then take your skills to spd.

I did read a post that said helmets don’t work above 15mph. Pff. You crash into a bus at 20mph+ and tell me whether you would rather have a helmet on or not. Fact is, you are far better off wearing a helmet than not.

However, doesn’t mean everyone has to. Not everyone rides in traffic or fast. If I ride to the shop I don’t bother.

So is the OP suggesting that you can’t have a high IQ and be a facist bigot?

As someone who works with teenagers in a completely informal setting and see’s exactly what they are like in their element, I can categorically tell you that they are watching filth whether you like it or not.

Sticking a filter on the internet is going to do **** all. Sitting down with them and having a conversation about what porn is and why it is different to a healthy sexual relationship will make much more of a difference.

Sadly most parents don’t have the guts and/or emotional intelligence to do this.

I got one, and a fat albert front. They are the evolution ones. Very good price.

Haven’t even put it on yet. Was thinking about it and I don’t actually think it is possible without losing tension so I’ll just leave it as is.

I built up a Surly Cross check for under a grand.

The full build (with gears) is about 950, the sepc isn’t amazing so if you can build custom under the cycle to work scheme I’d suggest doing that

Would you like to enlighten me, JHW? Because I live in Kidlington, and for the past 12 years of me riding around here there is nothing big, except the old dirt jumps which have been gone for maybe 4 years now.
