I have a Deore 40 or 42 cassette on 2x 10 grx, it runs fine. I have a sun race cassette on my fs, it doesn’t shift as well as shimano.

I run a 40t cassette on 2x grx 10 spd, it’s fine with the standard mech.

Hey @stumpy01, good riding, i almost “alaphilliped” in the sprint with l abbott, he went, i went then ran out of legs when i couldnt see the banner then saw the banner snd went again just held on.  My garmin gave me a 5 for aerobic and told me that i need to  lie down for 3 days

I have the same query as macdubh, stock, as for bike parts, seems to be low in most shops.  I can only find 800 pound kits, not sure thats a good starting kit!

I also ended up in poopscoops group, didnt notice anyone going off the front so have ordered a tablet holder so that i can see whats happening ahead,  rather than just focussing on power numbers.  As it was my first race i underplayed it a bit will probably blow up next week half way up the hill, i did enjoy it, want some points though….unlikely for Innsbruck, at least i have ridden that course before!

I have a mk1 with the original shock push tuned by tft, it’s night and day better than the original shock setup. A lot cheaper than a new shock as well.

Hi, the tracks do link ok but I prefer to come back up via bealach na lice as it’s a better balance of effort to reward.

I think that the seesense lights are great for this and thats what I have, with a flare  also on the back.

Hi, have you tried things like meet up, there may be a group near you and it’s very easy to use and get you out with other folks.

I cannot help with the extraction but have sheared several using a torque wrench and now put a new one in each time. Guess I have been lucky getting the bolt out. I use lower torque now as well. Good luck

For those with a solo 5010, I have recently had the fox ctd pushed and I think it improves the performance a lot, worth considering at slightly lower cost.
