I’m with Nationwide, a quick call to get permission to let and they verbally stated it would be ok. Filled out a form and all agreed with no issues. Same rate for first 6 months then an extra 1.5%. The interest paid is deducted on your tax return and still no more than 4% interest overall for me.

If I was an Arsenal fan I’d be very frustrated based on the lack of transfer activity and the good financial position they’re in (‘supposed’ £70m transfer kitty!). With the managerial changes that we have witnessed over the summer then Arsenal could have really leaped ahead of their rivals with four quality signings (£70m plus sales) to push for a title challenge.

The race for top four will be interesting, Spurs have improved but Bale will be a loss but I’m sure they’ll reinvest that. Liverpool (who I support) have improved but still require 3 quality signings. I think if Suarez was to leave (which I hope he does – abroad) then we’ll reinvest that money and we’ll have a good side. Always felt we played better as a team without him but he’s obviously a quality player who can change games. Then you have the Everton’s, WBA, Swansea etc who be in or around the top 8 positions.

I think United will have a difficult season, but then I have said that before and they have gone on to win another title!

Thanks for all your help. Agree that one of the biggest issues is assemble/disassemble time. Essentially my partner wants something you can clip the car seat into for short trips and a pushchair that folds flat into a pram rather than a separate carry cot (as we don’t have the storage space).

emma – sounds like you had similar problems to me. Feel free to message me to see if it’s the same company. I believe we employ these people to identify the problem and then sort it, not keep replacing parts on the ‘hope’ it might sort the problem.
