I saw him in edinburgh a couple of years ago and he was quite funny but this was rubbish. I wanted it to be good but switched over after 3 hours of “rappers”.
I’ve enoticed that when they don’t say anything they flash a wave from the hoods. I don’t say anything because i’m ususally lacking any spare lund capacity.
I know it’s wrong to think this but surely they could have got a better photo of him.
THe charge at least shows that someone is taking it seriously. if it happened in a kitchen it’d be homicide wouldn’t it? Causing a death is causing a death, be it through intent, accident or by neglect.
Every text/call has a time associated with it. Just look at the message details next time you get a text (not the time recieved by the details where there is time sent detail)..
Been thinking about the pregnancy thing (way to much time on my hands). Only seems to happen in two situations. 1. She’s project managing and has a good relationship with the builders/architect, spends a lot of time on site, or 2. He’s very hands on but what with time at work and on the site he’s exhausted.
Oh and the one’s where the builders/architect amd the couple (usually her) have a big fight and she (sorry they) find new builders. Guilty conciencse?
OH and the PCB just levers out once the head unit is unscrewed from the battery casing watch out for the button getting stuck, it seems to potrube into teh rubber button.
Doesn’t alter the fact that its a stop gap for all concerned, gov and soon to be ex-bankers. we have seen a lot more paople contacting us to “get a taste of teaching and teh classroom” or the past few months. “No i’ve thought hard about it for the past few months”, “oh really what do you do now?”, “well i was in marketing but i’m being made redundant”, “really? Next!”
I really don’t want people slinking into my profession with minimal training because the money chasing has dried up and it’s percieved as safe. A lot of those undergoing teacher training pull out in the teaching practice stage (and in scotland a number pull out in the probationar stage). It would be unfair to all those going through training to run a system for some “professionals” which allows them to shortcut the long standing system.
Everyone should stick to waymarked routes at all times. No matter what you think is going on or how excited the shouts are stick to the route. I’ve never had fun off route, not ever, no never, no,no,no.
Independent schools can take people without PGDE (well they still can in scotland) but are being “encouraged” to make sure all teachers are registered, and to be registered guess what you need to have.
I’ve been called at odd hours by parents. Mind you it was either on DoE and the kids didn’t want to wake me in my tent in case i got all shouty, or in Egypt when we had a 24 hour delay and they wanted to know if we’d wanted it yet. Yes i fix planes.
LOts of advice etc here (i’m chem teacher retrained after some years of MoD work and PhD). Big question is really is it primary or secondary AND more importantly England(and Wales?) or Scotland? THere are different routes in depending on which country you want to teach in.
Just to temper this a little (and yes i’ve had a few excitiing moments with buses). THis morning a First bus and i played leapfrog along London Rd (edinburgh), when we got to the round about he held baclk and let me get into my lane. He could easily have gone for the squeeze but kept a good way back.
It must have been the taxi drivers day to harass cyclists today here.
SHe can do a BEd straight out of school for primary teaching, or i believe a B.Ed for secondary but only in England. In SCotland B.Ed for primary or PGDE and secondary it’s PGDE all the way apart from P.E. teachers who can B.Ed it

Seems reasonable on the van. We all (apart from the sainted few) pass on the left in busy traffic, just because we’re there doesn’t mean the driver saw us. I see the sign as a heads up “this van may be driven by someone who doesn’t indicate” i don’t think it’s meant to absolve the driver of all sins.

TJ’s is my favourite and on my way home. Much fun when the cars coming towards you swing round parked cars onto the cyclepath. Council say it’s not a problem and they know of no accidents there.
Removes stress everytime, even those horrible commutes when there’s an eejit in a barely controled motor. I’m slightly worried that i can’t ride for the next three w/e’s. So it fun in the darkness time 🙂
