Going to see "Silence of the Trams" tonight seen them a couple of times quite to very funny. Got a couple of big namers lined up for next week. But that's it. Festival time just means it takes longer for me to get out of town to get on me bike.

Made a point of trying to see lots of stuff last year but most of it was sh1t, Even saw a well known face who's daughter was in something and she admitted it was sh1t.

Kirroughtree is my new favourite, followed by Dalbeattie then inners/GT, but then i have ridden inner/GT many many times as it's just down the road so maybe the novelty factor needs to be taken into account.

Ktree because the trail has a fantastic mix of fast and swoopy and technical and rocky, everything catered for.

DBT because it is pretty flat but you need to work through all of it and then it throws some really nice stuff at you.

GT red bit of a motorway but fast and fun the black is always entertaining.

Inners xc is just a lot of fun and there's massive opportunity to explore off the top of the Minchmoor and returning to the trail on the return.

I was stunned at his stupidity with regards to his feet. It's not hard, hot spot, stop and sort it. And where did he learn to do the strapping? Lots of folds and corners and it looked too tight on his toes.

Dr. Ed should have just told him to do one.

    Mrk V GT-TDI 2.0.

Brilliant piece of kit. Plenty fast enough in the twisty stuff. Easily went from Provence to Amsterdam in a day and on just about a tank and a half of fuel with some heavyish spells of right foot. £120 road tax (i know it's not road tax but whatever…..)

My only complaint was the fact i had to get the discs and pads replaced and then the radiator went within 15 miles of that, but got a £150 voucher for the next service.

Oh and for some reason the rear driver side doorseal comes off. Seen it on at least three, seal hanging out the bottom of the door

i use mine with a bivvy bag if not camping out the back of the car. Did use it for several 3 or 4 dayers with tent was fine but did leave the little room in the rucksack.

I've got one that's still going strong after 8 years. Pretty good but then i got it for free. Was bivvy'ing at easter in hard frost and was pretty comfortable.

Got Festina'd a few weeks back. Customs stop at a peage ticket point. They took one look at the pile of kit in the back and sent us on our way. tHink it was lunchtime or something.

Exposure. All in onesness is a positive boon. No need to try and find places to strap the battery pack to.

Different latex gunk? Read somewhere that the gunk can lead to delamination and i'd have thought rubber perishing.

It's pretty hard to spot now. Wonder if someone with a spray can might pop up and spot it in the not so distant. (NB this is not me encouraging vandalism of a royal(?) park thingy, just idle ponderings)

Not on the parts or work which was not carried out by the approved dealer/service centre. And if the service was done properly i woul dthink that that would include a lot of things you’d want to still be under warranty

Self healing scars!?! As opposed to what perpetually gaping wounds? Bionic eyes with HUD? How would that work then, surely bionic eye with data overlay (it’s the eye, internal to the head, having a Head Up Display, part i don’t get.)

Get it done. It’s not massively expensive and keeps things sweet with VW. Mine was part of the service schedule.

18 people volunteered before it was withdrawn now people are being squeezed out. Late as in 10 minutes late due to problems getting through staff security.

Personal favoutrite one person taking day off to interview for a job after deciding to take redundancy now in office for a “chat”.

Oh and agree with Smee. If i was your cabin crew i’d get off straight away.

If the dental implant is when they put a pin in the bone then put a ceramic tooth in the gap. Then i have one.

It does the job. Feels odd at times and wasn’t fun to get done and it was pretty pricey.

I’m not one of teh famed “most people”.

As in, “well most of our customers work that out for themselves”.

(If it’s in teh box it’s only in teh box if you get the thing from teh www site not from phoning even thought they suggest you use the www site to compare items.)

The furthest point from a metalled road in Great Britain is on the hillside of Ruadh Stac Beag, between Letterwe Forest and Fisherfield Forest in Wester Ross, Highland, Scotland. The distance from here to the nearest road (A832) is 11 km (7 miles).

You’ll be lucky in early July TdF is going through. Lots of places are booked up well in advance.

    Mid-late July take you pick.

Just sad really. She ran around and was happy until the end, although she did sleep a lot and she was coughing due to an enlarged heart pushing on her windpipe. HR was down to 40bpm, as opposed to 90ish. To be fair tho at the end she just lloved dozing in the sun, if dogs could knit she’d have been sitting on the chair knitting in her lap. Sounds silly but it’s true. Anyway she lived well didn’t annoy people or animals, apart from the odd rabbit, and wagged her tail everyday (yes, nay sayers probably just in a pavolovian response to someone who provided food and warmth).

My Exposure interferes with my polar hrm, which explains the 220bpm i peaked at a few weeks ago. Usually struggle to get above 180bpm
