Damn good, IMHO, i’m about 12 stone and head into corners way too fast and they have never let me down. Although my tyre choice does quite regularly.

Honestly this really BMP. Just feeds fuel to the anti-doggers(that can’t be right). If it were my dog that attacked i’d given him a boot you wouldn’t have had to. Hope the pup is OK.

Confused look from a thorough bred mongrel with a touch of staffie somewhere in his genes.

Aubergine is called and egg plant in certain uncivilised parts of the world but everyone knows that eggs come from chickens therefore an egg plant is a chicken.

You can buy a ticket to watch some real sportspeople operate at the peak of their fitness/ability/training.

Mind you you will be charged a fortune to stay anywhere near London for the duration of the Games.

Insurance on my 06 T5 is slightly cheaper than it was on my 04 Golf GT TDi. I get about 45mpg on a run and in general aboot toon travel i get 550 miles to the tank (but that doesn’t help, about a £90 fill). Yeah it cost more to buy but it drives fine. The 50mph limit on A roads helps the economy and in a way sanity.
It cost about £600 to put 2 windows in, insulate, line, carpet and put electrics in. Now have a sleeping platform that is full width and can still get bike and other kit in. Did it myself and i’m no DIY genius.

    They charge what they can.

A few extra quid for more energy AND you’re driving from where? How much is the extra £5 compared to your weekend cost.

Oh, i’ve never used an uplift ‘coz i’m soft and like to bimble around.

As an ex-no9 I’d be pissed of at my pack for putting him through the middle like that. Mind you I’d expect a penalty for the “high contact”. So probably on balance a dangerous play. As for the headbutt I bet the kiwi won’t be pulling his shirt again. Watch the start.

A phrase which can help with keeping things in perspective for me is:

    “This too shall pass”

“This too shall pass” (Persian: ??? ??? ?????, Hebrew: ?? ?? ??????, Turkish: Bu da geçer) is a proverb indicating that all material conditions, positive or negative, are temporary. The phrase seems to have originated in the writings of the medieval Persian Sufi poets, and is often attached to a fable of a great king who is humbled by the simple words. Some versions of the fable, beginning with that of Attar of Nishapur, add the detail that the phrase is inscribed on a ring, which therefore has the ability to make the happy man sad and the sad man happy. Jewish folklore often describes Solomon as giving or receiving the phrase. The proverb and associated fable were popular in the first half of the 19th century, appearing in a collection of tales by the English poet Edward Fitzgerald and being employed in a speech by Abraham Lincoln before he became president. Gang up on the head. i.e. put as much pressure as you can on the head for being incompetent and especially in her role. The pressure must be to such an extend that she might contemplate suicide or force to choose between her job or the bully

    Really?

    Head commits suicide

    Oh and you mean extent?

Would only go if the job was mine. In a pretty good british school (Caxton College) The area is not unknown to me as my sis lives in Castellon. Wouldn’t move if i was significantly worse off. Nothing more 3rd world than the a british town on a weekend night.

£850 about 15 years ago. Fitted and primed.

Thanks to the police procedure that says crowbar the wood before trying to break glass in case someone gets cut. Still bitter about it considering it was over a leaking pipe and i was in the pub down the road (as the get of a neighbour rightly knew).

For the money a t4/t5 is probably not on. And if it is there’s a reason why. And that’ll not be a generous owner.

iDave, gutted for you mate. Hope the wee fella gets through this and is still loved by all concerned (both child and dog).

Terry (the new rescue dog) was noted as “nervous with potential to overreact” and to be fair he is the most placid beast ever. I can take food out of his mouth and he nibbles when we play the can’t bite me game.

Got a t5 and its pretty good. will finish sneaky camper conversion this weekend. Well when i say finish i obviously mean until i think of other silliness to add.

All have downside, I really like the look of the older vito but they have a reputation as a rust bucket. Not sure where singlecrack is coming from. I checked out loads of vans and the one which felt best was the t5, not the cheapest but just good. At the moment mine is, according to his definition, probably dodgy high mileage junk, but i know the engine has probably another 40k miles in it (until a rebuild or refurbed unit is needed) possibly more and that’ll do me for now.

Obviously t5 is a step up from t4 and there is a premium to be paid for the badge. But the internal space is what makes it, that’s why you buy it. they’re just a bit more useable. IMNSHO

The Vet said that it wasn’t uncommon for this to happen with dogs, esp labs.

Nutt i’d say what preceded this was pretty uncommon. Otherwise no one would have a dog.

My dog gets walked to work in the morning, sleeps in the van with 10 minutes out at 11 then a 40 minute walk at 1245 followed by more sleep and a 40 minute walk about 5. Gets in for 10minutes if it’s cold and i have a non-teaching period.

Some of the kids are convinced he’s the new school mascot.

Not necessarily my sister lives in Spain and can’t get one to work from there without a british credit card address. But then i guess that might be due to her trying to get books from the british site.
