Margherita pizza with rocket, parmesan and chilli oil

Just a heads up, Parmesan contains calf rennet so it isn’t vegetarian.

Go here https://www.sailrabbit.com/bmr/ fill it out and be as honest as possible with your answers otherwise its a waste of time. Figure out how many calories you need to stay the weight you are now and then drop 400-500 calories off that. Grab myfitnesspal for your smart phone and log every single thing you eat as honestly as possible (beware some of the user inserted estimates on fitness pal are way off!). Go train/run cycle and see how you get on. Sometimes eating slightly more or slightly less than your calorie deficit can help. Its hard going to be honest as you cant out train a bad diet so getting that bit sorted is key. Beware weighing yourself to often as it can fluctuate day to day. Its nearly better to take a starting photo and then a month or so on take another photo and compare.

Ive been using Bodybuilding.coms Bodyspace for a few years. it allows you to follow premade work outs or set up your own, has a timer for rest periods and previous weight used if you forget from week to the next what weight you were using.

The wife and i had a rare night out while the kids spent the night with their grandparents. Next morning the wife was feeling a little “under the weather” Which to be fair is very unlike her but she asked me to collect the kids as she couldn’t face driving. I grabbed them from the grandparents and just before we got out of the car i asked them to be extra quiet because mum was feeling a little tender. My ten year old son who is autistic asked if it would be ok to go and see her as she was still in bed, i agreed and said she would be really glad to see him.
He came down stairs and made tea for her and took it up.
Later that day my wife came down and said he came in and asked her if there was anything he could do to make her feel better, he’d even make her toast if she wanted. One of my sons sensory issues is that he hates the smell and sound of eating toast so you ca imagine there was a bit of a tear in her eye when he offered to do this.

The oilers got McDavid as a 1st round pick and people thought he was gonna turn them around. The truth is a team is so much more than one superstar or individual. With a salary cap in place there is only so many players available with the high skill set. the likes of Mcdavid, Crosby, Kane etc all need good wingers and defence behind them to work their magic. Even in premier league football you can spend serious amounts of money and if the team doesn’t gel you’re not going to win games.

Just be careful updating to superhub 3 its not without its without its own issues either.
We’ve recently had virgin 200mb fiber installed and im having to run the superhub in moden mode and running an asus router to run the various wifi and ethernet things around the house.
there is supposedly a firmware update coming out according to some net chatter but its vague as to when this is actually going to be.
The superhub 3 web interface is slow and a bit poo.

I noticed a guy in the Glastonbury coverage this year crowd surfing (dont recall who the band was) but i thought to myself theres a moment right there.. something you’ll remember fondly for years to come, then not satisfied the tit pulls out his mobile and takes a selfie because you know it didn’t happen if you dont take a selfie…

    Mid range scan gaming pcs
Anything from the above will play Battlegrounds with decent framerates, multiplayer games like that are best played with a lot of the graphical settings turned down or off altogether. On top of the price of this you’ll have to factor in a keyboard, mouse, monitor and either speakers or headphones. Most players will be using headphones and a mic to talk to team mates.
Having built all my gaming computers for the last 15 years I’m not convinced that self building is as beneficial anymore, by the time you’ve bought the parts, paid shipping and set aside the time to build it and tweak it and make sure everything is working as intended the slight extra cost of buying pre built guaranteed systems doesn’t seem so bad. Just don’t go to currys or pc world, stick with scan or overclockers or one of the other big online retailers.

I’ve used the heatgear stuff while playing ice hockey and it definitely stops your armor from smelling as bad (it stops the transfer of dead skin and bacteria). The cold gear is decent for walking etc but i found wearing it on the bike made me cold if i had to stop as it cant cope with the moisture as well.

R D Laing Said “life is a sexually transmitted disease, with a 100% mortality rate.

That tickled me greatly for some reason.
Either way there will be good parts and bad parts finding a balance is the tough part i guess.

Daddy? Yes son? what does regret mean? Well son, a funny thing about regret is..its better to regret something that you have done than something you havent done, and by the way..if you see your mom this weekend be sure and tell her.. satan! satan! satan! :Butthole surfers Sweat loaf

The thing that pisses me off is when a trail that’s maybe ten or fifteen years old suddenly becomes someone else property because they built a dodgy (usually gap) jump on it.

If you took your driving test after 1997 you’ll also need to do your B+E part of the test.
Pre 1997 your grandfathered in. This allows you to tow a combined maximum of 3500 kilos. if i remember correctly.

The problem with all that hair removal is you’re gonna be plagued with new growth which is often thicker and more noticeable.
Shame it only seems to encourage ear, nose and eyebrow hair.

I’m liking the look of those impact drivers, would they be useful for loosening bolts that are seized?
A game changer for me was a sliding mitre saw which is great for all sorts of wood chopping jobs and also one of these little allen keys was a real revelation when working on the bikes, pretty much every bolt on the bike is covered with one tool so less time faffing around looking for the right size.

As said above communication is key to a haircut. Did you ask for a number five on top and a number two on the sides? If so then fair enough you’ve every reason to go back and ask them (calmly if possible) to rectify it, although this would have been better done at the end of the haircut.
I’ve twenty five years experience as a barber and its almost impossible to please everyone but i’ll always try my best to get it right. In this case your hair was left longer then desired and that can be sorted fairly easy, give the shop the opportunity to fix it for you, they will appreciate it.

It constantly amazes me how many people don’t actually know how their hair is cut when asked. “oh i just get a trim” to me a trim is five mm to 10 mm off all over.. for others its virtually a restyle.

There’s price points for everyone and clipper cuts shouldn’t be anymore than a tenner or less unkless you are getting it washed too, buts its insulting when people think that a good service can be achieved on a full haircut for 6-7 quid.
I’ve yet to see anyone who can provide a good high skilled service at low prices as its high volume ten mins a haircut bish bash bosh.
