you know it has a micro?? shift to move the mech in/out slightly without actually moving the chain from 1 ring to the other, yeah?

if you have left it a bit too long…..

place a couple of old towells in the bath, place racks/glass in bath, cover in very hot water, shake in a good lash of washing powder (as in for the washing machine) leaver overnight if you can, lift out racks and give them a run down and rinse off and your good to go.

read this one line after trying oven pride etc and this is the easiest and most effictive way iv tried

The iscg is for chain devices etc, wont make any difference to your triple set up

Raise the stem/bars? Angle the levers up a bit?

Couple of layers of heli tape on the top tube where it would get hit will help a bit

Usually change chain/cassette together, rings are usually fine with a new chain

iv broke 3 in about 4 years, hope gave me a couple of spare axles the last time, iv since changed frame and it has a normal maxle and not had a problem at all…. seems to be a lite problem

Ps its not a hope problem, the lite was snapping any 12 mm axle

Went for the defy1 in large, fitted well and got a good price in my lbs

Only beef a couple if short rides and seems like I’ve made a good choice, will no a bit more after a few longer rides I guess 🙂

Different material, single tracks are a lot more comfortable

Have booked the stanes in inners in may, looks well, £250 for the weekend (sleeps6)

Bladder out, stick in freezer, lift it out run hot water on it for a few seconds, full it wraith water, go ride.

Rinse a Milton tablet through it every 3 months or so and they stay perfect
