i’ve used Alpkit bar harness and drybags, their stemcell bags. Have a KTM seatpost bag with an alpkit drybag inner. all good quality and reasonably priced kit. always carry a pack too. none of it requires a rack of any sort but the bar harness is a good bit of kit, tried mounting drybags directly to the bars and its doable but not great.

daughter is fourteen, we tell her to ignore the swearwords. Im sure she hears worse in school but she isnt allowed to swear in front of us. her birthday present this year was to see Bring me the Horizon in concert. When the lead singer asked everyone to put their middle fingers up she looked at me for permission first, totally rock and roll 🙂

that said it’ll be a long time before the wu tang clan and nwa cds come out of the loft

Fox Forge – thick, very warm and waterproof. do tend to feel odd though due to thickness, you get used to it.

yes, found out about 4 years ago (41 now). i’m on 150mcg per day too, up from 125 from just after diagnosis. not sure if there is a limit, have you asked your doc?
as an added bonus i found out i’m type 1 diabetic last year, so much fun 🙂

after a quick google i found this:

An inadequate response to oral daily doses of 300 mcg/day or greater is rare and may indicate poor compliance, malabsorption, and/or drug interactions

found them to be a bit on the slim side, went for some madison ones instead. really well built and comfy. only downside is no belt loops.

Sugoi rpm-x from amazon, think they are about £30 at the moment, got some a few years back for £25. detachable liner and really comfy. i have found Tenn sizing to be a bit on the thin side.

just to counteract the canyon bashing, my bike turned up on time. when i ordered a t-shirt and they sent me a new set of oakleys by mistake, they let me keep the oakleys and my t-shirt turned up the following week.
