Took the two on tagalongs around the blue at cannock, then took them on the red trail from the caravan site bit. They loved it. Tagalongs don’t like steep sided rollers though, they tend to ground out.

How karaoke ever made it onto primetime is beyond me. Utter tripe. Escaped upstairs but can sadly still hear the desperate attention hungry vacuous tools.

Superstar- not had an issue with a single product (except one :-) )
HTC – I can make my phone my own, unlike the leading ‘smart’phone.
Charge Bikes – Great brand, great image, great bikes of which I have two.
Vegemite – I’ve seen the light

    I SS’ded my DMR.
I used a SS sprocket kit with a 16 tooth cog, this has notches in it which will slide onto the splines on your shimano-type freehub. You then use the spacers it should come with to get a good chainline.

I run a 38 tooth (I think)downhill/singlespeed chainring on the front but instead of using those chain tensioners that mount on the rear, I use an ISCG tab mounted(or BB mounted) chain-device such as a Blackspire Stinger and wind it up into the chain until desired tension is reached and then nip up the bolts through the gaps in the chainring/cranks.
as in the photo below(yes I know, pink tyres…)

It looks much better than a rear mounted setup and also helps ensure you dont drop a chain. Use a SRAM link to get the chain off and drop the back wheel.

On DFS and the sort in general. I wont go near ‘sofa sellers’ like them as I’d worry they’d go bust whilst holding onto your deposit etc

Mind you, I did hear they might have a sale on…

sensai is a generic term my sensai teaches MMA as well as teaching a number of other individual martial arts. My point was he would beat a street fighter and he has the ability to fight a number of assailants at once. Who knows about 20 but I would pay good money to see it. He would use deadly force though I suspect so we are unlikely to see it happen.
MMA is better for fighting than any individual martial art all other things being equal.

    Ha ha!
Thanks, these posts are really funny…and remind me of that scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark with the swordsman in the busy street scenes..
    Priceless.

Is uprating the rear shocks a possibility? Isn’t it just like adjusting your sag?
I’ve been thinking about a towball rack on my fiesta but worry about it pulling wheelies.
You’ve always got roof mounted racks to consider too…

I use one of these too in my Nukeproof Generator hub. As Messiah says, they are not light, and I can also add that they rust easily, something which you’d expect from a solid lump of steel. dont see why they can’t make them out of ally.
This aside, they are an easy and super quick way of swapping betwixt your 2 axle sizes.

Pretty sure you can get chain tensioners that sit in the inside of the dropout and push the axle out rather than pull it out. Not sure where mind sorry..

I’d go for a 20″ bmx. They cover a huge amount of sizes. You can get versions with longer top tubes but I suspect he isn’t big enough yet.
Wethepeople are a good brand. I have a stolen sinner, a fantastic bike.
Avoid halfords bmxs I’d say. Halfords sell GT bikes who still make bmxs I think but I wouldn’t say they were one of the ‘cool’ brands.
Look for, wethepeople, stolen, subrosa, Sunday, kink etc….

Falls off still in big hits and fall offs etc, but that’s to be expected.

If it doesn’t always keep it on, maybe it needs looking at. A big hit is the last place you want to drop a chain.

Your problem stems from terminology. By simply calling this ‘platform bed’ a Mezzanine, you will attract all manner of well-heeled sophisticates…
    Hope that helps.

There is some new black sections on the Monkey in the bit after the longish, steadyish fire road climb.
Quite tasty with the seat up really, but too short to bother dropping it, good fun.

I only get to cycle my 6.5 miles to work maybe twice a week. Wish I could do it more but have to collect kids other days.
I always feel so much more alive after riding in…

I work in a college and amazingly it doesn’t have the cycle to work scheme….rubbish.

13 miles there and back tuesdays on the fixie, bit further and more off road thursdays on the Mtb. Don’t have a shower at work so sweaty backs can be an issue. The distance is about perfect though I’d say.

Yeah its quite an enjoyable loop. The top flatter section through the woods is lovely in the right light.
You never really feel like the climbs are that bad(because they aren’t)

There is nothing ‘technical’ in it though I guess the faster you hit it the more difficult it would be. There are some great but very short bermy, swoopy bits but all over far too fast.

I think it makes good use of the terrain although I wish trails like these would give a few more difficult lines and options. There are several nice swoopy bits where the odd kicker wouldn’t go amiss for a cheeky launch or two.

The final section is really grin-making. You can’t do too much with the rollers one after each other at the top but they are fun nonetheless. Hit the section as fast as you can and its a good laugh.

A good choice for a quick spin with mixed ability..

Shimano is easier to pronounce, but having said that, I run Sram on all my bicycles.
