I recently lost a lot of body fat by cutting down on beer, chocholate and fatty/sugary foods and sugary drinks. I eat low GI foods in smaller quantities and more often. Still have bread, pasta and rice and I exercise daily.
I came accross this diet and although initially skeptical (my default mindset), the diet makes a lot of sense and from the results people are reporting, it works.
I have made a concious effort to eat more legumes and I now try to get my carbs from legumes for my evening meal. I enjoy bread, pasta, rice and fruit too much to fully commit though :D
