new problem now. How do close the olive up. Fitting is stuggling to fit over olive? Just use pliers?

ok. noit sure it would a large amount of difference as the cable is housed in plastic whilst cutting.

Only a noticable effect on turning from running 2.3's then going to 1.8's.

These responses do make me laugh

I have spoken to a number of relaible mature adults of all which have actually reguarly seen ghosts in old houses and buildings at some point.
My aunt used to work in a haunted building and it was common knowedge with security that ghosts existed. She got really scared by the constant noises and strange behaviour and left.All the evening staffused to pair up for walks around the building.

Although it could well be an imagination thing I personally would ask him what he felt when he saw it. (other than scared) Good move with the cat.

i think that bottle rocket frames are probably tougher and heavier, at least that's the impression I got when I had a spin on one. ( And I own an older style heckler)

Bottlerocket for dh'ee / FR stuff I guess but probably suitable for more if you don't mind a bit of weight.
Heckler for do it all depending on build but not big stuff. Mines more than capable for me though.

Run a 50mm stem on mine with pikes and 2.3 High rollers mostly. ( older heckler design)

It is possible it was a spirit. I have witnessed a number of strange incidents in two different homes and other's who shared the houses had never experienced anything of any kind. I should add that the situations on both accounting periods resolved themselves.

Hope things start to look a little more positive soon. Sorry to hear of this.

i am really glad that not only are proflex back, they are producing decent bikes!

try being tiny in height. they are mostly too long.

2×9 set ups are uber cool. I run this on two bikes a 4x and FR bike. I use a dmr dual chainguide. Works superbly.

I always use shakes after weight training. Only just started using them after riding though. If I do not fancy a shake I have a can of tuna mixed with some low cal mayo. Makes a real difference imho

I use a basic Holland and Barret shake after a ride.

I would say that if you ride properly much of the weight when snowboarding is on the back foot.
