I'm 5 foot 2 and ride a small gt aggressor. Sizing is spot on and still has a small feel too it. My mums got the same sized gt ( although a different model) and is 5 foot.Light and handles really well. The sizing may well continue into the higher models.
Not sure about newer gt's though. Mine comes in at around 14 inch and has a short tt ( compared to an on-one or small kona)

thanks. it just seems that the a2z 205 adapter's give slightly different horizontal spacings from front to rear. Thought I may have put the cailpers on incorrectly as i've re-bled them after adding new hoses.

    cheers

i had on my maguras. Sorted after 30 minutes with a cotton bud and brake fluid, just easing it a little.

i would say that 'feeling' how much protein too eat can be useful, rather than measuring it out all the time. IMHE. Although for cycling this is probably different.Mind you everyoneis different.

Now I do not understand Zaskar.

agree with zaskar. It always amuses me when people ( not stw but collegues etc) get angry about protein shakes. Admittetly I only use basic ones and to some extent do not trust more complex formulae ( but that's just me). I find that a protein shake post workout is important for recovery during the night and at 9pm eating some chicken or tuna does mostly not appeal.

Have you tried drinking some milk shortly after training?

I would only stick to the piste's though. And never alone.Plus I wouldn't venture too far.Wouldn't have thought that the Resort are interested. However your insurance may be. We have done this as part of a fondue night ata resturant up in the hills. Came down holding flaming real fire beacons. About 300 people. Was an organsied regular theme.Plenty of alcohol been drunk too.TBH though it was only the nursery slope. Nothing too demanding.

IME Sundays are regarded as a school night, where's Thursdays are not as ( to the same extent)many people go socializing from then onwards.
