something recently i've been doing is making my own smoothies. Just get a basic blender add fruit ( canned is fine but get with juice not syrip) add milk / or a bit of protein powder and nautral yogart or something as a base and whisk up. Best served after been in firdge for an hour.
You can add anything. Recently been making spinach and tropical fruit juice ones with milk.BTW 400grams of spinach is superb 😯
Very filling and good engergizer to repalce beer in the evening with.Low in carlories, can be drunk at any time. etc etc
