to answer the OP question I think it is because many people ( possibly a majority) like to find union through exposing the differences of others, such as people who are different. Seems to be a human nature thing for some types of people. Take eminem the (white rapper). When he first hit the scene I witnessed people mock him because he was white and did not fit their comfort zoned rapper image. They 'united' in this and joined forces dismissing others views of the young rapper. However today no ones gives a second thought to the arguement in general. Eminem is just accepted. This example can be illustrated in other examples in life.

simon that is very a interesting statement. Granted common sense can be useful. But intelligence often goes beyond common sense and is mocked by others, who simple rely on their instincts rather than intelligence.imho of course.Nouse however i think beats common sense as relates more to a certain situation and is not as 'general' as common sense.I may however be wrong 🙄

my old 2004 ones have been converted to 80mm from 100mm. I bought a 20mm marzhocchi spacer from uk bikestore and used this.

I have been impressed at the level of customer service at central london evans ( and halfords) who have helped me out mid week a couple of times ( for the w/e ride you see).Without their mid week help I would not have ridden at the w/e.

awesome. A real car! Love that straight through exhaust burbling! Brilliant skills and superb edit. Loved it!

Would be interesting to see what mods that car has. From the flames and power I'm guessing seriuos mods/an engine transplant/4wd/NITROS!!

£18 for a socket removal tool to service my zochis. It's deep seated and no car shops had anything to do the job.

£10 on a decent mongoose bmx to do the local , bread, milk and wine shopping trip.Didn't need it mind, could have walked.Used old bits to do it up. Good investment really.

Ok, thanks for all the replies. As you can tell from this post I am great at staying up. Not so good at getting up super early. Plan is to start next week.I'll either fail or pass.I've sometimes gone for day rides and then late evening rides, so getting up before schedule will certainly be a challenge.I'll try and repost next week some time or maybe a week after (by the time i've re-formatted my bodyclock)I can also get up really early, and still be up at late times, although this is not maintainable for too long.

Richard Hammond. He just pulled up in a car park and appeared from a filming van.I was unlocking my commuter and he looked over at me with my bike. I politely nodded and rode off. At the time i was a student and hadn't watched top gear for a few years. I thought that guy seems familiar, and it wasn't until i started watching top gear again later i realised who it was.Doh..
He seemed really friendly and decent.

Also Shane Richie – he was in a carpet shop and kept himself to himself although he joshed with the staff.he was just like his character on eastenders.

Bez – He performed at a local gig i cycled too.I was coming out if the changing room, after a t shirt change and he came out of the backstage area before the gig. Bez looked very happy 😆

get a 4x frame or something like a surge or charge blender. Will be better for street than a 'singletrack trail' based frame.
