if you need protein supplements friend of mine uses pea protein and calcium tablets.I wouldn’t eat soya milk as it raises your eostogron ( female hormone) ( sp) levels and your may put on some weight or it may affect your cycling ( although it may affect nothing) and tastes ok if sweetened.

I like seeing kingfishers (seen a few on the canal banks) and Jay’s ( saw one of these a while ago). Regulary see Herons whilst biking locally.
My mum found a kestral lying stunned at the roadside. She stopped her car and went to it and it sat on her shoulder for a bit, composed itself and flew off! This happened a few weeks ago.

Glad you enjoyed it. Went out for the first time @ night tonight for ages. Loved it. My new partly homemade helmet light is superb!

Also smear some washing up liquid ( tiny amount ) on the lenses add a little water. Wait to dry and then buff with a soft cloth. Reduces steaming up.

sorry outboard..shimano do one for stupid money. Discobrakes do one for a decent price but it is identical to the a2z one. not found any others.
Mainly post to IS now.It is for the rear brake.tbh I doubt any LBS around these parts would have one anyway.

now the a2z mount is about 4 mm too fat out and needs to be come inwards to the frame in order to be centred. may need filing or machining on a lathe say it needs to come on 2mm. Frame has been faced already. Don’t t want to remove materal of the frame. So presumably I am going to have to find a engineer co to help out.

also using a a2z 203 rotor adapter. Just looks at pads and they are worn at a slight angle,so i just respacing the caliper out.The bottom mount needed to come out a little.

tbh it’s not a serious one. This is what I’ve got. Cheap and chearful. Heavy but trucks, wheels and bearings are okish.Deck is a nice shape and quite flat which is what I like.Just want something to thrash and improve/ maintain my carving skills.
