no expert – leave that to the tutors but, Relax, Look forwards, Learn bike into corners before, weight the bike, compress before the jump and extend through the jump, and keep straight, over the jump. Carry speed by focusing on what’s gonna happen ahead, find the flow-maybe saddle down a little- and continue having fun :-)

wilde has good balance and looks to be doing a good job.A little speed on steps can make them smoother. imho.

the idea is that it’s easier to always run a clean chain. One can be left soaking in cleaner whilst one is being ridden.

good idea running two chains. Cannot be bothered though. Maybe I should.

i just change chains when required on my park tool. Keeps everything else running longer. I just get basic srams or similar and replace them more often.

I’d never found a use for it really. Suppose it’s ok for removing stickers and cleaning some bits.

i get a bit bored now and again. I go for a snowboard on the dryslope slope. Then i relize I love biking so much…. As much as I love snowbaording it makes me to want to ride again..too..just a change I guess..

Maybe get a bmx and go for a blast on that ..or something..

They can be enjoyed from the front door, you don’t need to get changed etc, or get dirty and may find it fun and it improves strength..

So why cannot a machine knock up say a 2cm square box say the pedal pins etc.. that will fit through a letter box???

    Surely that’s an oversight
Having watched the video I now understand that a third small box line would have been required.. more expense I guess..

so if I order a small item rather than mid week delivery to my postbox and fitting Thursday / Friday for the weekend I now have to go to main post office ( usually Saturday morning ) to pick it up. So I burn 30 minutes of petrol or waste 1 hour cycling there and back only to wait 20 minutes in the Saturday morning post office que before returning. It’s a Saturday FFS I should be riding not picking up bits. My local LBS have nothing I need. Not always the case but ordering early in the week post riding is sometimes required to keep them running for the next w/e. Also I always recycle jiffy bags by reusing them anyway. And I do not even need a jiffy bag. I small strong bag would suffice. Not imprressed..with this aspect of CRC.

Some people swear by cold showers or cold/hot/cold/hot bursts etc. Might be worth having a read up on. Seems to help reduce a post ride achy body too, and makes you feel great. although it would put the body under some additional strain and may not be suitable for some i guess. IMHO.

i use wet all year round now. Used to use wet or dry depending on the season / conditions. Probably still advisable in dusty conditions.

primark ski/ board jackets are pretty good too. Oxford Street has plain ( blue i think) Ski / Boarding jackets for £20 reduced from 40 i think Loads yesterday. They have matching pants too. I got a board jacket last year reduced and have riden it on dryslopes and it’s brilliant. Feels a bit cheap and i was concerned it would be too hot. loads of pockets and really breathable. Mine even has a soft google pocket inside and MP3 holder an hole. Looks great too. When i’ve used it on the dryslope I forgot i had it on, and although cold the weather wasn’t freezing. Salo has a removable hood and stash pockets near the wrists. Also it has proven to be tough. I Had a few dryslope falls and no problems there. Mines a lovely oversized cut too although i got the size larger really)

Although the no fear jackets look great (no experience though0 bear in mind they are not actually £150 jackets reduced to £40. they are basic jackets similar to the primark ones. slthough probably still a good buy. I’ve had other no fear stuff and i would say it’s all been really good.

I tried some cheap board pants on in Sports direct (not sure of brand but not np fear) and tbh they felt like wearing multiple layers of stiff bin bags.

TBH for £50 say, best bet is TKMaxx.. or maybe the others mentioned above second

    for £20 bargain!!
