Glad to hear the ride went well. You’re right, Buzz is indeed a top chap(described elsewhere on here as ‘alarmingly social’ if I remember!) I have ridden with him the last couple of weekends.

Your offer of showing me round Burrington Coombe sometime would be great; yes please! I took myself up there the other weekend and did a few of the trails but i can see there’s a lot more to be tried.

Conditions up at Beacon Batch/Rowberrow were pretty good; surprisingly dry in most places, with a few wet bits but nothing unridable.

Thanks all, I followed the advice on here and had a great ride round Beacon Batch and Rowberrow on Sat, then met Buzz & Clink for a ride this morning. Excellent advice and good trails, thanks everyone!

Cheers, yep, I’d be up for joining your group for some Sunday morning rides if that’s OK. Probably can’t make weeknights, as working hours mean getting home a bit late (and commuting diguised as a roadie!) Are you around this Sun?
