As a train driver I agree, they really do try to do themselves in more than any other creature.

Example near me. East Lands road has a cycle path from Manchester to Liverpool. One of the busiest roads in th3 country. Lots of cyclists still ride on road.

Hmmm. Maybe I’ll change it! She was too hungover to rise today anyway but we’re out Saturday. Might put the nobby back on.

She does degla blue runs and delamere, I reckon it will be ok.

Yeah thought it would be fine. I use a slaughter rear in the summer too. Too muddy for it round here now

The magic Mary is a blinding front I think but I never seem to find a rear schwalbe that works for me with it.

Minion DHF/DHR is my favourite set up with minion SS on the back june-august.

But I don’t have this on any of my bikes because of the ridiculous specialized sales.

I think there is a genuine respect for Taylor Swift generally. You’d never buy an album but if you’ve an ear for music there’s something there.

Totally agree on prefab sprout too.

It took me until my thirties to realise how good the pet shop boys were.

Lane foot farm. Perfect for Keswick and whinlattwr. Relaxed atmosphere and allow fires and dogs.

Don’t do it. When I sold my trigger I had FedEx delivery who had been lied to, police involved and paypal suspended for 6 months while investigated. PayPal were amazing, eventually got money back even though bike never showed up.

I used moneybox initially just with the round up and found the app so easy to navigate and use it’s now my main savings account.

    *shunting.

Although stunt train driving would liven the day up!

It is the potteries loop. I sign a very small part of it for stunting purposes.
As craig said above it’s not public info, that’s the kind of info a driver would have on their docket to show the route they’re taking.

Birdsong by Sebastian Faulks is amazing.

Easyhotel as above. Cheap and cheerful. Bang in the middle of the best part of town and a stone throw from Piccadilly and the village which is also good fun.

Sorry to hijack but I’m only the other side of Warrington and never heard of these trails. Worth a ride over?

These are favourites at the moment. I’d prefer to get something 2nd hand around 1600g though.

I need a shimano freehub Jimmy or I’d wobble at those.
I’ll have a mooch at the mavics.
Have you got a link to those wheels you got mowgli? I can’t seem to find anythung like that at that price or weight but it might be because I’m searching on my phone.

Anyone used gato2? They’re light, xc tyres that sound good in mud so decent for English conditions. I like good volume in my tyres so wondering how big they are and how they go up tubeless?

I’d like to tag along to some of the Monday rides if that’s okay? Need to get fit and I’d like to see some of the parts of rivvy I don’t know yet.

I’m turning my soul into a more XC build and putting it on a diet. Any recommendations on xc light tyres on there?

If she likes first aid kit try Elva. My folk go to at the moment is Gregory Alan Isakov. Can’t stop listening to him.

I’m over near Warrington but there’s a place nearby that does powder coating and resprays. If all I have to do is take it to bits I’m happy.

Been to dalby. Totally agree it’s dull. I just want to turn my legs over. Trying to either run 5k or ride 10 miles a day minimum for December.

Ooh. Stu mentioned long mynd. If you go on Groupon and search glamping and there’s one that’s £29 for two nights. It’s at the bottom of long mynd and all that’s there is pods, shower block, mountain bike centre and a great pub. It’s ace.

There’s some amazing air Bnb and mtb specific campsites near coed y Brenin. That was the place my Mrs enjoyed the most. Look for a pod there, it is a super pod so has shower, stove, proper bed and bike storage. Oh and a hot tub!

We’ve got a Sprocker. He springs like a Springer and is mad like a cocker. Will go all day if you ask him to but as long as he gets a couple of exercises a day he’s a right lazy get.
Oh he’s weird too. Really weird. He’s hungry as I write this but it’s not his tea time so he just wonders about the living room and finds the oddest way to make eye contact. I think it’s because we laugh he thinks he gets attention and will be fed.
    Wish I could post pictures!

Brilliant. Thanks a lot. DHR ordered.
Can put it on the front with my SS on the back in the summer too.

Not a massive fan of either!

I’ve tried HRII but feel they plot to kill you suddenly. Maybe DHR then!

It’s a Moto g6 play. I’m not a huge techy so I just got something cheap I could get a tenner a month contract on.

Cheers for the replies though, I’ll have a look on the Fitbit website when I get in.

Maybe it could be because I set it up in Lisbon?

There is but I can always jump on the FS with the mid tyres on if it’s really bad (like today)
