Stick with Wonder Lights, you can touch the two connectors on your tongue to check the charge.

I love the way my Vision Four switches off mid descent, it makes it more exciting.

Sack and crack wax, as my EX-wife wanted me to do it for her birthday. Notice the use of EX, I haven't stopped singing like Aled Jones in the Snowman.

Been riding them for two season now and wouldn't go back to high rollers. Use the 2.2's (Non black chilli) on the little bike and the 2.4s (UST) on the big bike.

I made my chain whip out of an old fork and a length of chain, attach the chain via the mudguard eyelet.

All you need it a good set of hex keys a T25 torx, a big adjustable, good cable cutters, a 15mm spanner, pliers, hammer, hacksaw and a vice.

+1 for the Lazer Genesis, they are super comfy. The only downside are the pads could be a bit more durable.

CRC got a job lot of 2008/9 Joplin 3's for peanuts hence why they are punting them for £100 because nobody else would. Buy a Joplin 4 and save alot of pain and suffering.

I replaced my CK headset with a CB because of the low stack and I've not had any problems with it, it's been in for about 4-5yrs. But then I look after my bikes and keep them clean so no rusting issues or gummy bearings,

Since I was 17 I was a pro and because I spent 11mths of the year travelling relationships didn’t really happen, that went ok till I was 28 and I got a real job as a project manager and settled down. But because both of us had a reasonably high pressure role that killed off that relationship. Currently a mixture of work and life has killed my current marriage which I finding hard but I accept, but wish I could roll back the clock. Both of us are under a lot of stress and if I knew the damage it would do I would make sure she would give up work and follow her dream as a tailor. Even though we are getting divorced I will help her achieve her dream. So if any one needs a new suit let me know, I know a fantastic tailor. She rocks.

Yes, my relationships have suffered due to jobs through most of my life. It’s time to put me first and not the job, my life has had to much heartache and pain.

We just fell out of love, we both care very much for each other but the spark and desire to keep us together isn’t there and we’ve agreed that neither should remain in a marriage without love. It was the hardest thing for us to discuss and agree but we both know that it’s for the best. We’ll remain best friends and will always be there to help just not as husband and wife. I don’t see things getting ugly but if I could see into the future I would be in this position.

Never go under another rider always go over them, just think which way gravity works. When you swing up flick your elbow, then look over your shoulder. The safest slow speed is around 15mph, but there is very little notice given to safe slow and off. Keep pressure on the pedals when going up the banking and you’ll be safe. The steepness of the banking is the same on the black line as it is at the top of the track.

    Most important is to relax.

Although i’m not all that bothered about reasonable amounts of immigrants the idea this has been going on for millennia is nonsense.People mention vikings and the like…they actually invaded and if you argued about it you probably received an axe in the head as punishment.
Not quite the same thing is it ?

I see your point, in those day we had to pay them a Tax, these days we pay them benefits

The country started to sink a few years back because of the lax imigration laws

Those would be the harshest immigration restrictions in Europe then? The ones that have actually become increasingly restrictive every year since 1962? The ones that show that any claim we might once have had to be a liberal, tolerant and welcoming nation is nonsense?

If you’re going to read the Daily Mail at least keep half a brain cell and some kind of critical faculty active.

Then why has the percentage of persons coming to the UK increased from 4.5% in 1961 to 5.8 % in 1991. It then doubled to 11% in 2008.

It was meant as a tongue in cheek comment 🙄

The country started to sink a few years back because of the lax imigration laws, so Gordon Brown gave away all the countries gold bullion at a car boot sale in Paris. This helped till the Bankers got greedy and the weight of their salaries started to do the same. In steps our savior Gordon Brown again and kills of that practice, then his own team tried too ballance thing up with their expenseses and we are sinking again. There is no hope in sight or in the coming future.

Jedi, have you kept a log of all the riders that you’ve coached/mentored? If you’re wanting to work with BC you’ll need to do a qualification.

Look at your target market and figure out how you’re going to pick up the riders that are discarded by BC.

I did some coaching with some young up and coming riders and BC picked them up and took over. If you’re not a BC coach will not give you any help and will advise riders not to use you.
