There's a big difference, price, weight, strength and stiffness. But which Kyseriums? There are three different versions of Kyseriums, the Aksiums are a training wheel and Kyseriums are race wheel. Well that's the easist way to describe the difference.

There is a good window where the body absorbs protein for muscle repair within this time.

I've also read that it's 2 hours and believe that it is in fact "before you do more exercise".

I've heard that it's around 45mins after you finish riding where the body refuels your glycogen cells in your body

I need five espressos to kick start my heart in the morning, I'm old, fat and lazy and my resting HR 33-35. It used to be lower when I was active.

Beer and a kebab is all you need, if you rode really hard have two kebabs.

    If we play fair, then Lappiere = Sh!te, Campagnolo = Sh!te, Mavic = sh!te, Shimano = Sh!te, Cove = sh!te, SRAM = sh!te, Specialized = sh!te, Giant = sh!te, Orange = sh!te, Hope = sh!te, Ambrosio = sh!te, Thompson = sh!te, Easton = sh!te, DMR = sh!te, Time = sh!te and Speedplay = sh!te. As I've had failures on them all.

I ride eggbeaters and I've yet to have them fail (and going by my track record they will at some stage) the pedals have been serviced once a year and on average I do about 8000-10000 miles a year.

It sounds like the best thing for all you riders to do is to clean up your wheels, fit tubes and then sell your bikes and use the money to buy a table tennis racket.

You want to run tubeless, then buy UST tyres and stop trying to bodge it with normal tyres and then whine like a bitch that it's a sh!t system. Use proper sealent and not the watered down sh!t you get in the art shops.

Do it properly or don't do it at all.

If I'm just riding my bike once a week, then there's no need for chamois cream. But if I'm riding four or five days in a row then I'll use chamois cream.

Assos or Chamois Butt'r both have the tingle but Chamois Butt'r is twice the size for a £1 more.

You need to take in to consideration supplier costs, exchange rates, Duty, VAT and shipping costs.

Product A costs $100 in the US, supplier charges $70 shipping is $5 if it's a US product the duty and tax is minimal*

Product A costs £87.99 in the UK, supplier charges $70 shipping is $30, Duty is 12%, VAT is 17.5% and the exchange rate is 1.5

Never had any issues with UST, never needed to use a compressor. I just make sure the inside of the rim is clean whenever I change the tyres.

Pay off any debt, including mortgage (at whatever rate he's paying).

Put the rest into a rental house, but must be mortgage free.

Monies previously spent on a mortgage, plus profits from rental – split 50/50 between shares and cash.

The 'problem' (although for some people its a positive) with a pension, is that the money is tied up until retirement – and you've no control over what the government will do in the future…

Nope, you want some form of mortgage on it, this will be used against any CGT it he has to sell. In an ideal world he will clear his present mortgage and then use £50k to buy a property and have a £100k mortgage that is getting paid by a tenant, so when it comes to time to sell he has remortgaged to the max and sells for £250k but has a £240k mortgage so pays tax on the £10k.

It's been total madness, spend most of the day firefighting what to order, sales are up 184% on last year. I just don't know when I'll next get to sleep.

PX is good value for money but and it's a big but, the angles are a bit off so it's ok on the flat, can't climb well and is rubbish on descents and cornering can be interesting.

You need to work out your costs (supplier cost+shipping+duty+VAT) and also how much stock you need to hold between deliveries. Shipping by air is the quickest (about a week) but is also expensive, by sea takes about 6wks so you might want to carry 2 months of stock to cover any delays.

    Have a look here

    http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/dds/cgi-bin/tarquer?Lang=EN

There is a better site but it's down just now, google Tarrif codes and go to the business link site and search on product description.

Also you may be charged on volumetric factor rather than weight

The rear mech won't work as the pull is different, however the cassette will work to a fashion. But it'll be better to stick to either all Campag or all shimano (or Sram)

My max HR was 229 and my resting was 27, I can still hold 215 for 1min 30 and I'm within spitting distance of 40.

If I used a power meter or heart rate monitor when racing I would keep it out of my way as they're a distraction, that's why most of the peleton don't bother with them.

They banned it either late 80's or early 90's, quite a few races were sponsored by alcohol companies and new sponsors had to be found.

Suck in your beer gut and MTFU. 4hrs on the road is a recovery ride. You need base miles before doing intervals or you wont see the benefit.

I love the way my Vision Four switches off mid descent, it makes it more exciting.

given that our night rides are never more than 2h30m it should never happen – and I always run a head torch too – but yes, you want to be confident in your lights

I run the V4 as my head torch and a V1 on the bars as a back up. It's only on the big hits that the lights turn off, I'm getting good at descending with one hand on the bars try to turn the lights back on.
