Charged me for full wheel alignment, I had a look underneath the car and the bolts were really rusty and had never been touched. Went back and asked them to show me what they had done oh well we adjusted this and that mhhh. They hadnt done anything it was the trainee that had checked it. They then done the job fir free and needed a fair amount of heat to shift the stuck bolts. I have not been back!

I just use the ones from on one.

Always make sure the rotor is centered in the caliper and the pads have the same travel when applying the brakes. If the rotor is not in the middle i think the performance drops off.

Old seat post cut off the clamp area, two cuts at the other end split open a bit and job done. Pull through headset and smack with big hammer.

Copper slip on a alloywheel /hub stops the alloy sticking to the hub i always put a wee bit on the studs too.

screw them back on, then back the 8mm off this will use the 10mm as a puller.

I have a old inbred with about 8 washers as i think it needs a special adaptor but it works fine with the washers

Mhh Mtb is pretty limited its flatter than a pancake.There is some good road riding.Or if you just want a day out on a bike try here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/West_Orange_Trail not the most exciting but a nice cycle away from the traffic
