    i can really rate the Shimano MW80s as 10/10 you will never have
    cold feet ever again.Even down as far a -15 i still have toasty
    feet just make sure you leave enough space for some wooly socks.

    lightman I don`t think anybody has received my e mail have a look about the page there are on there.

    I had a top day out i did like the course but there was a lot of climbing.My only gripe was i thought i was getting lost at the end going over past that mast there wasn

    t seen anybody in ages i was starting to think i was of course. Apart from that it was a good event oh everybody i spoke to were pretty chilled out i never came across any bad attitudes

    Is it the black backed ones then you should try the sintered. They will last longer i think but i also think that you need to get them really hot then cold to start with before you take them in to the mud.

    I have a Jet Boil and it is a pretty good bit of kit.The big cup that
    comes with it also can boil up Pasta and noodles in there and the lid serves as a handy drain. I still can`t believe how fast this thing boils
    water.

    I am 6,1 and ride a 20″ i found the 18 to small although the 20″ does feel a
    bike bike.It is very comfy for me

    Check the rings for wear thats the first cause.

    i just don`t get the hard to pedal and they do go uphills very fast.I have
    ridden many bikes going up is all about fitness.A lighter bike yes but a five isnt a light bike
