take the level apart and put some rubber safe grease in the cylinder around the rubber seals and they will work perfect after that.It is a bit of a fiddle getting the circlip out put just be calm and keep trying.

The way i removed it was put the cassette over an open vice hit the end of the freewheel with a block of wood/hammer job done.A cassette with a spider is the answer

when i have used them i would say 20 psi for a 2.1 speed king.I always top it up with a pump as the gas itself isn`t enough to keep going

I have owned a five for three years and park it up during the winter. The trails i ride need a bit of road work to get to them.My idea is a cold wet wednesday night ride come home chuck hardtail in shed which i don`t really care about its condition. When i was riding my five i was always washing to keep the road salt off the thing. The onkt bad side to keeping things is you need alot of space!!

My family think its a bit of OCD and to be honest think its a bit of a joke they even call the sponge i use the crown jewels as nobody else get to use it.I also Polish them once a month too 😳
