trail rat is spot on bust a move on the first lap and you don`t get held up i was finding people bailing in front of me on big 5 inch full sussers going through the muddy bits a tad annoying. But then i was beginning to annoy myself near the end 😆 I suppose if you ride trail centers then that mud/root combo must be a bit hard but at least everybody had a smile on there face
good idea just the design lets it down the lower sender bit that goes on the fork is a bad design i think.I have started using sparkie tape to hold it on as it is prone to falling off.The head unit has a large clear display but take it off before washing as it holds on to water then steams up
they are brillant climbers just pedal and spin.I don`t notice any hugh difference in climbing.I always think it is down to fitness and your climbing style. Two styles spinning which i like or grinding big gears which i dont 😥
Hey Ian i have been using the 2.0 for about 1 month so not a long term test. They are not the widest but i think they are really grippy run @ 45psi they do roll really well though.I was a bit aware of them to start with but now they are just there. The tread kind of looks like a bmx tread so far i have had no lost traction moments
get a dirtworker they save you a load of time washing bikes just a quick wash after a ride and it is done great bit of kit.I have had one for two years now
A quick squirt in the dogs face with some water from a bottle works wonders. They get such a shock i can keep pedaling and nothing gets hurt me or the dog
Just keep going you have found something you really like doing. If that mechanic was any good on a bike he would be riding instead of being somebodies pit bitch.
I passed by your group at the mast that is the most people i have ever seen on the black .At that point i thought the snow had melted until the next corner! great day out first time this year up here i actually felt Hot 😆
Gazza go on just enter it is a good event to enter and i don`t really like racing! If those pesky midges stay away it is good, but as trail rat says they are out already i am a bit of a magnet for them though
invest in a work stand makes every job that little bit easier. Then it is practise just look at how they work tighten the cable mech goes one way slacken cable the mech goes the other way.I fand spining the pedal while working the barrel you can see what is happening.
My lbs gave me a lecture about over tightning my quick release .I just said ok then on the same i was out riding my bike when the rear brake started making funny noise as the same shop hadn`t tightened the bolts holding on the caliper one bolt fell off somewhere
They are ok but muddy corners are a bit oh that was close.I really don`t think you can compare the two tyres as they are different. They are fast though and the 2.1 are narrow

£431.25 That is a bit on the expensive side for what you get. There isn`t alot about bikes in there
i depends on the shape of your head and try before you buy is key.I tried a few and settled on a spesh 2d which is super light and really comfy i really like it.
